So Pat's brilliant legal maneuver is: Trump is an insurrectionist BECAUSE HE JUST IS OK, but he can still enter office, unless a vote in Congress to grant him an exemption to the 14th amendment insurrection clause fails.
A civilian points out that obviously it should work the other way around, and Congress should pass a law declaring people insurrectionists, and in fact the Supreme Court has already weighed in to clarify that this is the only way someone can become considered an insurrectionist in this context.
I have one question:
1. How hard is the civilian going to be NO CHILD'd for showing Pat the facts?

the only reason he's not doing this shit on twitter is because Elon set some standards. every single post that Rick makes on threads seems, from my point of view, to be exclusively dangerous and threatening in nature. in Pat's own words, there's no point "going viral" on bluesky or threads because it "just doesn't reach as many people", so i can only conclude he's hoping for trouble.
from what i've seen, bluesky and threads have no standards, just like gab. gab is a hangout for lots of people who are unironic Nazis and they have historically been very serious about the threats they make to people. gab is a platform for the most unintelligent people because all Torba's users do is make death threats and act like psychos, and they rev each other up daily. it was a user of gab who went to a synagogue in Pittsburgh and murdered 11 people.
