Oh my fucking God, her excuse for filing bankruptcy is to falsely accuse her ex husband of abuse. She says he forced her to take out all the debt. What an absolute puddle of scum. God I hope karma is real.
Edit: Oh boy, the first ~10 minutes of this was boring, but it gets really funny once they ask why she filed for bankruptcy. She literally just said "Dan Mullen, Bernard Murphy, John Gibney, and Robert Prongay are criminally stalking me"

How the hell is this going on for almost an hour? Normally these are 10-20 min affairs as no creditors show up to ask questions.

I assume a PACER haver on OnA will pay for the entered recording so we can all enjoy this at our leisure.
Normally people fail to do the paperwork in a timely or correct manner and you get dismissed and told you can't file again for 6 months. And in the technically Tomlinson she's in bankruptcy - this is all about who she leaves at this point. Her best case is to be told her paperwork is garbage and try again in 6 months. Downside is with the attorney now he can get dinged for the crap paperwork.
To be told you will not be allowed to go bankrupt on debt X or all the stated debt is you have to jerk the court around in some manner. Like not showing up for hearings and not withdrawing the bankruptcy on your end after you pull shit on the court.
Does telling the court you are the victim of Russian sekret agents and a cult of stalkers "pulling shit on the court"? Past duds I've seen told 'no going bankrupt on this debt' had threats to the judge and lies to the court forcing the attorney to resign with the threat and the perjury being behind sealed records.
By now the pests have to know about bar grievances and Jax's lawyer should catch some of 'em. To become a federal judge my memory is you have to give up your bar card so if the pests want shit to be known to the judge and yet have no impact they could file grievances VS the judge and to make sure they know copy the chief judge with the complaint. Pick on how lawyers have a duty to report lawyers to the bar and complain the judge hasn't done that with then listing all the public ass shit she pulled and how dare the attorney file such BS paperwork as he should have known it was without merit given the public record.
