I gave up on fixing the speaker identification as it's just not working right with the audio quality, but here's a first text pass from the Transcribulator2000.

0:00:03
Unknown_02: And can you state your name for the record?

Unknown_04: Jacqueline . And you have other names you have been known by. Can you tell me your name? Jacqueline . Okay.

Unknown_04: And I have verified that her social security number and her picture ID. I understand that you have changed your name and you used your maiden name now. Yeah. I am returning to my maiden name. He's in Seattle for the record.

0:00:36
Unknown_08: Thank you.

Unknown_04: And, uh, the us trustee has already identified himself. We have on the line, um, Jason, uh, and I'm going to kill the name score and, uh, Bernard Murphy and, uh, Mr. Biddle, uh, with both of them, which are observing.

Unknown_04: My name is Noreen with coverage. I'm the chapter seven trustee appointed in this case. I'm going to proceed to ask you some questions related to the bankruptcy documents that were filed. If you don't understand any of my questions, please let me know and I can repeat it.

0:01:11
Unknown_04: First of all, did you review the documents that were prepared for you by your attorney? Yes. Are there complete?

Unknown_04: Yes. Okay. I understand that there are some changes and amendments that need to be made just because I got documents that are required for this proceeding. However, they are not listed or identified in the schedule, like the bank account. Yes, we discussed that with the Chapter 7 trustee prior to going on the record, and we have written down the changes, the amendments that need to be made. Okay. And so I'll go through them, too, with you, and so you know. Okay.

0:01:46
Unknown_02: Have you ever filed for bankruptcy before? No.

Unknown_02: And I was provided with a lease, a copy of the lease agreement.

Unknown_04: You live in that property that you provided me with the lease? Yes. Okay.

Unknown_04: Have you owned any real estate property in the last five years? No.

0:02:17
Unknown_04: Have you ever filed for bankruptcy before?

Unknown_01: No.

Unknown_04: Do you have a motor vehicle?

Unknown_01: No.

Unknown_04: How do you transport yourself?

Unknown_02: I sometimes borrow my .

Unknown_02: And I know you have at least three bank accounts in which you are able to sign on.

Unknown_04: One is a business account, which we will discuss in a second. Another one is regular checking, it's a combination of savings checking with Navy Federal, I believe.

0:02:56
Unknown_06: I have a joint checking.

Unknown_04: A joint checking with Navy Federal? Yes.

Unknown_02: Let me open it up here.

0:03:50
Unknown_02: There's an IRA certificate, which council is going to include.

Unknown_04: Is there any other IRA? Do you have any other IRAs? Only one? Yes. With Navy Settlement. You mean the retirement account? Yes, the IRA. And then you have, which I'm not sure if I repeat the last statement, is the one that is the

Unknown_04: Checking, fact sheet, membership sheet, savings, and the money market savings. So it's like all of them are like, and they report them in the same statement.

0:04:30
Unknown_02: I'll show you straight from the .

Unknown_02: Are those the only accounts you have? Yes. Okay.

Unknown_03: And then the, you said that was a joint account? I have a joint checking.

Unknown_04: And that's how my fiance is sharing.

Unknown_04: So then I don't have that joint one. I have this one. It's in your name only. I think maybe it's only showing it's in my name only, but it's definitely a joint. It's a joint. Okay. Okay. Okay.

0:05:03
Unknown_04: So he deposits also into this account? Yes. That's the only, that's the only income. And your fiance's name? Jason Shore.

Unknown_02: Okay.

Unknown_02: Who are these names?

Unknown_02: So you have three daughters?

Unknown_04: Yes.

Unknown_04: Did you sign for their accounts, too? Yes. Okay. So these accounts, I need the bank statements, too, for these minors. Oh, they're minors? Yes.

0:05:33
Unknown_04: And then I have the savings joint. It looks like it's a joint savings .

Unknown_02: Okay. If you can send me a screenshot of this .

Unknown_09: And then I need also the email.

0:06:26
Unknown_02: I believe I'm going to need up to the month of September and then three months back for all these accounts.

Unknown_09: Okay.

Unknown_04: There hasn't been any.

Unknown_04: And the money that are deposited into your, the minors' accounts, are those money theirs? I mean, sometimes, you know, they get money from grandparents and, you know,

Unknown_04: Yeah, we don't do anything with that.

Unknown_06: It's usually when Grandma sends something, you know, like a family member sends a check. We'll do that, but it's been quite a while, and their birthdays are not until May, so it's been... Okay.

0:07:10
Unknown_02: And then we can send that to Marina and W.I. Law.

Unknown_04: Yes. Okay.

Unknown_04: Okay. I don't have the regular account statement, the one ending in 8253. Oh, here it shows that it's a joint owner. It shows in the second or third page that there's a joint owner.

Unknown_04: And I have them till May. I'm not sure if you provided afterwards. You provided June, July, August, and September for that joint account.

0:07:46
Unknown_06: Okay, what did you need?

Unknown_04: I need September, August.

Unknown_08: Is that the one ending 8253? I'll tell you in a second.

Unknown_08: I think it is. 8253.

Unknown_02: So just to be clear, we have the joint account with Jason, Mr. Shore, and

Unknown_04: that has the component of two money market savings, one was a money market, one is a savings account, and it all comes out in the same statement, plus you have the children's that you signed to, plus the business. Okay.

0:08:27
Unknown_04: Now, are you responsible to, or do you have to pay any child support for minors not living with you?

Unknown_02: No.

Unknown_02: Do you have any participation or interest in any inheritance?

Unknown_04: No. Or you're expecting an inheritance in the next six months? No. Do you have any certificate of deposit, any interest in any Bitcoin, any type of savings, even if it's not in the United States? No.

0:09:07
Unknown_02: Go to web, what's it called? Web 3?

Unknown_02: Yes.

Unknown_02: Tell me what is web3studioslcpr. That's our local business . And you indicated in the schedule that you're a 49% owner?

0:09:40
Unknown_04: Yes.

Unknown_04: I have asked your attorney to provide me evidence and to discuss it briefly before I call the case. that I need evidence that that's your percentage and how it was determined either by a resolution by the LLC. Where was it that it was determined that that's your percentage? We also discussed that the funds into the Web Studios LLC bank account, which is in Banco Popular. There's only one account that the corporation has.

0:10:26
Unknown_04: Okay. The amount that was shown as the balance was a little bit higher. than it was before, as it was scheduled here. So your 49% is a little bit higher than that. And I gave you the amount that needs to be turned over to the bankruptcy estate pursuant to your exemption, which you requested. I believe there was $16,425. So there's a difference there that needs to come into the property of the bankruptcy estate. Now, tell me what is Web 3 Studios LLC? It's a web redevelopment shop.

0:11:03
Unknown_04: And what exactly does it do? Tell me as a layman.

Unknown_06: Programming solutions for Internet products and services.

Unknown_02: Programming, blockchain solutions, NFT work, anything you do in the technical realm of WebSuite.

Unknown_01: And how do you get your clients?

0:11:36
Unknown_01: Word of mouth.

Unknown_01: Typically, because of the intensity of the work, we have a limited client base.

Unknown_06: And so for my partner, for example, it may only be like one or two clients at a time because, you know, it's a full-time.

Unknown_06: And then also working for startups is very, like, irregular in terms of when you're working. And we have our kids at home as well.

Unknown_04: So you work from home. You don't have an office. We do not have an office.

Unknown_06: Yeah, we work. Okay.

Unknown_04: And has the, when did it start at the Web3 Studios LLC? When did it start operating? April of last year.

0:12:09
Unknown_04: Did you file tax returns, Puerto Rico tax returns? We filed all the correct, yes.

Unknown_06: And we also sent those over to Frederick, so he should be able to send them.

Unknown_04: Okay. He did send me some tax returns, but I did not see the Web3 Studios LLC tax return for 2023.

Unknown_05: Because we started in 2023, so... Wouldn't you have to file?

0:12:41
Unknown_04: We did.

Unknown_06: We filed.

Unknown_04: We sent you that documentation. Sorry, I'm not the person who focuses on that, but I did email it to you. They will have to file April of... Well, yeah, they should have filed April 2024. Exactly, for 2023. Everything that needed to be filed was filed. So send me the tax return for... The corporation, and I did not see your personal tax return for 2023. I did not file for 2023. I'm not required to because I'm not drawing enough income to need to do that. Okay. So for 2023, you have not, no income.

0:13:12
Unknown_02: And when you move to Puerto Rico from the United States, there's a form that they want you to submit in order to notify the government that you're moving.

Unknown_06: But I would advise that I shouldn't file it because there's an upper limit. Basically, like if you're making this amount of money, then you need to file a form in something like 40K, 45K. If you're drawing a salary, you need to let the IRS know that you moved here.

0:13:44
Unknown_04: And your only employment during 2023 was with Web3 Studios LLC? It's not employment. It's ownership. Okay. Yeah.

Unknown_06: I'm not employed by the business.

Unknown_04: Okay. I'm an owner of the business. And how do you report the taxes?

Unknown_04: Is it a pass-through business? That means that whatever the business makes comes through your personal tax return? No, it's a separate entity. Yeah, even if it's a separate entity, because it's an LLC, you can do a pass-through. Just like the S-Corporations. My understanding is that it's done through Puerto Rico separately, that it's its own. Okay, you can decide which one. You guys, whoever are the members of the LLC, decide how they want to do it. Unfortunately, I don't know when the election was there, so I can send you a document because it would be different to me. Okay.

0:14:21
Unknown_02: Okay.

Unknown_02: And you may be able to answer the question of the 49% ownership as well.

Unknown_04: Okay. No problem. Any other interest in any other partnership, corporation in the last five years? No.

0:14:57
Unknown_04: And when did you move to Puerto Rico?

Unknown_02: February 2022. And in 2022, you did work? No, I haven't worked.

Unknown_06: I worked in 2020, and then I worked in 2021. And then I shifted off of working full-time, and I went to contracting for the business that I was working full-time for before, which is a nonprofit based in New York City. And then I just decided to stay with my kids. Like, it's too much to think about their childhood, just kind of going away while I'm busy in an office, like, waving away.

0:15:32
Unknown_06: My partners are not, you know, who have the opportunity to sit with me.

Unknown_04: And your partner has a different job, or this is the only job that he has with Web3 Studios? That's the only one. And what happened that you had to pass the bankruptcy?

Unknown_06: I was in an abusive relationship, and in 2017, early 2017, I was forced under duress to leave my home.

0:16:17
Unknown_02: During that time, I was not a person who was responsible for any of the finances in my relationship.

Unknown_06: I had had lots of arguments with my ex-husband about the fact that I wasn't allowed to live in the house with finances and that my salary was going into his bank account.

Unknown_06: And so I didn't really know how to file anything.

Unknown_02: I didn't know how to do anything.

Unknown_06: And then when I left him, he dragged out the divorce for several years.

Unknown_04: And when did you finally divorce? The divorce was finalized in early 2020.

0:17:01
Unknown_02: He caused a problem with domestic violence, which caused me to have to leave.

Unknown_06: And when that occurred, nothing was being paid that had been incurred jointly. So, for example, our minivan for home.

Unknown_06: You know, $50,000 vehicle was not able to be paid, stuff like that.

Unknown_04: Okay. Let me ask you, do you have any children with your ex-husband? Yes, I have one daughter. Okay. So do you receive child support for that daughter? No, she lives with him. Okay.

Unknown_06: Yeah.

Unknown_06: She lives with him, and then she's with me for, you know, three times a year. She comes for spring, summer, fall, winter.

0:17:38
Unknown_04: And you don't have to pay child support for that daughter? No.

Unknown_06: No. I actually follow the... the documentation that you were looking for, which requests the name change, the name restoration. Okay. And so you actually have that direct from the court.

Unknown_04: Okay.

Unknown_04: So what happened that you decided the last couple of weeks, months to file for bankruptcy?

Unknown_06: I have been threatened extensively over the past more than a year, about 18 months. by a cybercriminal by the name of Daniel William Mullins, by a cybercriminal by the name of Bernard Murphy, by a cybercriminal by the name of John Gidley, by a cybercriminal by the name of Robert Prange. These four individuals have participated in what's known as ONA Forum, which is a criminal cyber harassment forum, and they have made many statements. online about how my children would be taken away from me, how I would be jailed, how I would be destroyed and my life would be ruined. And the individual, Dan Mullen, who has made these statements, has made them on video. I have all these videos. He posts them on YouTube and he solicits funds from his community in order to continue harassing me.

0:18:58
Unknown_06: The only reason I'm in this bankruptcy today is because there are an extensive list of threats that were issued, one of which very specifically targets my parental rights and suggests that my children will be taken away for no legitimate reason other than they hate me and want me dead.

0:19:31
Unknown_06: So the reason I'm in this bankruptcy hearing today is not

Unknown_06: because I want to, but because I have been threatened so thoroughly, and my life has been threatened so thoroughly, my life and my children's lives have been threatened so thoroughly, including for the hearing today, such that I have been forced to be in this position. When I reached my attorney the first day that I contacted him in May, I sat down with him in Casa Carolina, and we talked about what this guy was saying that he was going to do to me. And he said, well, if people could go to prison, if people could be, you know, could have their children taken away from them for owing credit card debt, then everybody would be in prison. Is that what he said to me?

0:20:13
Unknown_08: Yeah, you cannot go to jail because you owe money.

Unknown_04: Okay, so let me talk about your debt here because this is what bankruptcy is all about. It's creditors and debtors' rights and creditors' rights and us in the middle trying to see what we can do to be in between two, you know, opposing forces.

Unknown_00: And obviously the court's debt is ultimately beside something.

0:20:46
Unknown_04: I see here you have various credit card debts. I have American Express. I have Bank of America.

Unknown_04: When was the last time you used your credit card?

Unknown_04: Many years.

Unknown_04: Okay. Were these deaths incurred in the marriage? In the marriage and in the immediate aftermath of the marriage because I was ejected from my home and had nothing.

Unknown_06: I had no finances. I had no... I had nothing.

Unknown_04: Okay. Yeah. So is your ex-husband jointly responsible with these deaths?

0:21:23
Unknown_06: I don't... Some of it potentially. Like, for example, the vehicle...

Unknown_06: that was repossessed. You know, for example, we were married. We certainly enjoyed that. When we divorced, in order to get through mediation, in order to complete the mediation, I was coerced quite a bit. And I was coerced into leaving my daughter with him. And I was coerced into giving up everything that I had built with him. That's a home in Raleigh, North Carolina.

0:21:57
Unknown_04: So their home was transferred to his name? I did a quick claim.

Unknown_06: I had a prenup for that one. But I did a quick claim for the home that we bought in order to ensure that my daughter's home was stable.

Unknown_04: Okay. Let's go back one step. So you own a joint property in North Carolina? No, we did.

Unknown_06: We did years and years ago. I'm just commenting on the property.

Unknown_04: Okay. Wait. Let me ask a question first. Yes. Okay.

Unknown_04: So you had a prenuptial agreement with your ex-husband? Yes. Okay. So, and you jointly owned or purchased a property at, I can't imagine if you had a prenup, at a different percentage, you 50% or 45, 50%, did that happen or no? No. No. No.

0:22:43
Unknown_06: When we bought our property, I used my VA loan from the military. And he was the joint, but it was primarily mine and then I quit.

Unknown_04: Okay.

Unknown_04: Any other property, real estate property?

Unknown_04: Okay, you need to speak because I'm recording your voice.

Unknown_02: No, I don't know that.

Unknown_04: Okay. And so some of these debts or most of these debts were incurred while you were married because some of them I'm looking at the dates is 2018. What is bilateral company?

0:23:14
Unknown_04: What's that? It's a creditor listed in your schedule. Do you have a copy of her schedule? You can show her.

Unknown_04: I have to look it up here. Let me see if I can do that. You have it? Okay.

Unknown_04: I'm going to go through. You can probably keep going. I think that was a vehicle reservation.

Unknown_04: That bilateral company? I think they sold it.

Unknown_06: I think they did something with it.

Unknown_04: Okay. It's like different companies. Because it says personal loan. That's why I was asking. I've never taken it.

0:23:47
Unknown_04: No. Okay. No. So, all the ones that might say here that it's personal, it's not. I've never ever. Okay. Because the software, those are the options.

Unknown_04: But you can do deficiency. I think people, you know, right, there's deficiency of a motor vehicle. And that was repossessed in 2018?

Unknown_06: Yes. It was repossessed the, it was actually repossessed in 2017. It was the year that . Okay.

0:24:19
Unknown_04: I know Calvary Portfolio is probably a collection agency. Do you remember? That's the same company, I believe.

Unknown_06: I think Calvary Portfolio was one of them. They bought it. It was a collection, and they bought it.

Unknown_04: Okay, and there's another one, which a lot of them say auto. It's Sync Auto Finance. It says personal loan, $19,000. It's a motor vehicle.

Unknown_06: That may have been my truck, but I paid that off with.

Unknown_02: Yeah, that was a truck that I had before the minivan. I sold that.

0:24:53
Unknown_04: And when was the last time you used your credit cards?

Unknown_06: More than seven years ago. You mean, I have one that I had been using, but it's gone now because when I filed bankruptcy, maybe federal killed it. It was like a $1,500 secured card, very small, low limit, and it was at zero balance when I filed, and it didn't save me.

Unknown_04: So if it's a secured, you still have the $1,500 deposited to secure? I don't know because they closed the account.

Unknown_06: They didn't tell me anything about it. So I have to call the bank and say. Why now?

0:25:25
Unknown_04: Because it might need to be listed in the schedule, the $1,500 secured portion of it. Okay.

Unknown_08: The baby federal, right?

Unknown_04: Yes, they closed it. All right. Okay. So, and if it is and she doesn't have an exemption, please send me the money.

Unknown_04: Internal Revenue Service, it says here taxes. There's various internal revenue services. There's 2017, 2020.

Unknown_04: There's one 2009. Are these were tax returns that you filed without and there was an obligation to pay taxes when you filed the tax return and that's why it was assessed or how does that work? So 2008, 2009, I was working in Iraq.

0:26:08
Unknown_06: And a accountant filed taxes for me and broke it. He did something wrong that was a bad filing, which caused me to have to owe tons of money. And I hired lawyers to try to fix it, could not fix it. And then the IRS came back and said it was going to be even more money. And I was like, how? Why?

Unknown_06: So, again, I didn't file myself those years. I didn't put any of that together. I thought that it was correct. He thought it was correct. It was not correct.

0:26:40
Unknown_06: And this resulted in, like... $80,000 or something over 2008 and 2009.

Unknown_04: Is there a tax lien?

Unknown_06: There was. The tax lien was removed once it fell under, I believe, 60,000 because it was filed in Santa Rosa County against no property, but it's not there anymore.

Unknown_04: What is Santa Rosa County?

Unknown_02: That's where I used to live in Florida. In Florida.

Unknown_02: I'm really not sure what happened with the leak, but I was unable to find it recently when I went to search for it.

0:27:18
Unknown_06: And so my thought was that the amount that I owed the IRS because they're taking my return.

Unknown_04: But what's the property that you own with your ex-husband that you purchased it with your VA loan? What's that property? Is that one? What about it? Was it in San Francisco County? I'm trying to find out where you were.

Unknown_06: That's where I was, yes.

Unknown_04: Okay.

Unknown_06: Yes.

Unknown_04: That's the house that we owned in that equipment.

Unknown_04: And what did you quit claims even the property when we divorced?

Unknown_06: In early 2020.

0:27:55
Unknown_02: Yes, please please feel free to share information.

Unknown_04: And your current income, although your your part owner of the

Unknown_04: although you're owner or member, you're a member of the LLC with interest, the only income you perceive as a veterans' administration, is it retirement or is it compensation? It's VA compensation.

0:28:30
Unknown_04: And you're not actually in the reserves or anything like that?

Unknown_03: No. No.

Unknown_04: And where you live at, the property, the rent is being paid by your partner?

Unknown_09: Yes.

Unknown_02: And you used to live in the Bronx? Yes.

Unknown_05: Did you own any real estate property?

Unknown_04: I know that sounds repetitive questions, but I need to ask them.

0:29:08
Unknown_00: Any real estate property?

Unknown_04: Do you have a motor vehicle there? No.

Unknown_06: No, I haven't owned anything since I divorced. I haven't been able to build anything since my divorce, especially because I've been threatened by so many criminals online that have imposed so many things about me that are wise, including financial wise, better advanced financial wise. which has led to a meeting for today.

0:29:46
Unknown_02: Do you own any safety security box? No. Do you have any pending court cases besides the divorce that was a couple of years ago?

Unknown_04: Any claim that you might have against somebody because they owe you money, a car accident, any personal injury, any medication that has not suited you that you might have a claim against a pharmaceutical? No.

0:30:19
Unknown_04: Have you transferred, given away any property worth $2,000 or more in the last two years?

Unknown_02: No.

Unknown_02: Sold any jewelry? None of that.

Unknown_03: Have you had any insurance claims in the last two years? No. Do you have any life insurance? No.

Unknown_00: Okay.

Unknown_04: Yes, Trustee?

Unknown_00: Thank you, Trustee Wojtkiewicz.

Unknown_00: Most of the questions that I have for the devs, they were asked by the Trustee. Nevertheless, I just want to be very clear about the bank accounts. You had stated that you have a joint account at the Navy Credit Unit with your partner, right?

0:30:58
Unknown_00: And within that joint account, you have a money market and a savings account, right?

Unknown_01: I don't know what you mean by money market and savings. I think it's just a savings account.

Unknown_00: Well, it says here MSA and savings and checking account.

0:31:36
Unknown_06: Okay. I'm not, I'm sorry. I'm just not sure how the bank kind of put all that together.

Unknown_00: So in addition to that, you have stated that you have an individual bank account with the Navy Credit Union. Is that correct?

Unknown_05: Yes.

Unknown_00: Okay. Is that account ended in 84? 82.

Unknown_02: That's part of those three accounts, okay?

0:32:11
Unknown_00: And this account, which ends in 84, who owns that? It's under your name.

Unknown_01: I'm not sure what that is.

Unknown_00: Well, at least it's an access number.

Unknown_00: That's me, I believe, 84.

Unknown_06: Oh, okay, that's all I read.

Unknown_00: Okay, okay, okay. I got it, okay.

Unknown_00: So the Banco Popular account in Puerto Rico, that is related to the business?

Unknown_09: Yeah.

Unknown_00: Okay. As the trustee mentioned, and we will meet also September, October bank statement.

Unknown_06: I think she already has them. Yeah. I think she may have already had them in her account.

0:32:47
Unknown_08: Banco Black statement?

Unknown_00: Yes.

Unknown_00: as well as the Navy Credit Union.

Unknown_00: Looking at the bank statement, it's something related to Carolina Recao. Every month is

0:33:21
Unknown_00: We drove $900, $1,000. What is that?

Unknown_03: Where? Is it an ATM? I don't know.

Unknown_00: UPR. UPR. Oh, when did... ¿Cuándo fue eso?

Unknown_04: En diciembre... Eso era... No quiero decir en el teléfono, por favor, pero eso es en la escuela del teléfono.

Unknown_00: Okay, okay, I got it.

0:33:53
Unknown_01: Okay, you have studied at your daughter's school, okay, got it.

Unknown_09: Previous school.

Unknown_00: Previous school, okay.

Unknown_00: So, you still receive your VA compensation, right, benefits as a dynamic credit union account? Yeah. Okay.

Unknown_02: You already stated about the Web3.

Unknown_00: All these credit cards with a high balance, you know, the money was used for what?

0:34:32
Unknown_06: Re-establishing my life, making sure that I had an apartment and furniture for my daughter because I was taken out of my home very suddenly and I didn't have any belongings for many months.

Unknown_09: Okay.

Unknown_06: No belongings for months, so I had to buy some furniture because I was suddenly taken out of my home, and I had to provide a police report to that affected community.

Unknown_00: So, on Schedule J, you only had listed two daughters out of the three, right? One is because... He asked me who was living with me. Oh, okay. That's why that was put on the list. Okay, because the other one is living in the apartment. Okay.

Unknown_06: I have full custody of my daughters. For anybody on the phone who might be questioning that. Okay.

0:35:17
Unknown_00: Also, this is a, well, coming for you and for your attorney, those bank accounts are not listed in the Schedule A and B, so you may need to re-amend. We already discussed that prior to going on the record with Chapter 160, and we will be amending the schedule. Also, in the SOFA, I don't see your compensation, your VA compensation that should be listed in question number five.

0:35:58
Unknown_00: You stated that you don't receive any income from any corporation or anything like that, right?

Unknown_09: No.

Unknown_00: Okay.

Unknown_00: I don't know if my co-worker, William Guzman, has any questions.

Unknown_07: Yes. William Guzman, for the record,

Unknown_07: I was just wondering, do you have any involvement in the day-to-day operations of ?

Unknown_06: I do, in the sense that, you know, we run the business together in terms of what it is that we do, the services that we provide, how we provide those, right? I'm a technical expert, and so is my partner, right? So, you know, me and my reduced role right now, I'm a housewife essentially because my kids are reliant on me every day to teach them.

0:36:36
Unknown_06: They're four and five years old, so that's where I spend most of my time doing. I do sometimes, like, write a story or, you know, I write articles for my blog or I might do, like, a contract work or something like that if something were to come in, but I don't... I just don't have the time to do it with my kids. Do you know what I mean? So I have to make decisions for myself as to whether I want to be spending more time with my kids or doing more touch-ups.

0:37:11
Unknown_07: Do you receive any kind of compensation from the three studios?

Unknown_06: No.

Unknown_07: No. I mean, not even a salary, but maybe what three studios pay for your personal expense, medical insurance.

Unknown_06: Nothing. Nothing. No, I had an educational expense earlier this year. I did a training course, a technical training course, which is paid for by the business as a business expense, for example. But when I make money of any type, even if it's $100 that you guys will see on my

0:37:46
Unknown_06: you know, coming in for sub-stack from my blog or something like that, it goes right into the business thing. All right? Because my bills are not something that I cover myself. My partner covers my business.

Unknown_07: Your partner, I understood correctly, he owns the other 51% of Web3? Correct. All right.

Unknown_07: He does receive compensation.

Unknown_03: He receives a salary.

Unknown_07: He receives a salary.

Unknown_07: And how much would be the, like, in an average month, the gross sales to a You have three students? I don't know.

0:38:20
Unknown_06: I'll hand it to you.

Unknown_05: You don't know?

Unknown_06: No. The statements, the business statements, we're giving... My partner emailed them to him.

Unknown_06: Or I just sent them over to him. The bank statements?

Unknown_01: The business bank statements, yeah, which I think will answer the question because we don't have any other account.

Unknown_07: So if we look at the bank statements, all of the income... being received by Web3 Studios would appear deposited on the bank statement. There's no money somewhere else.

Unknown_06: That's what they're... Yeah, everything gets reported the legit, legal way. And cryptocurrency is held by him, right? Like, he's the person who has a crypto wallet and does a lot of stuff. My involvement... Yeah, my involvement with, like, crypto is very, very small. You know what I mean? Like, when I, for example, I create art, So I might do like NFT art and then I might sell that NFT. But that money goes right into the business bank now, right? That's not related to what I do. And that's all accounted for by him. So when it comes to like how all of the accounting is broken down to the business, it's not something that I have purview over. So I would have to do it.

0:39:31
Unknown_07: You know, aside from the bank statement, are there any financial statements prepared by an accountant?

Unknown_06: We did everything the correct, like, responsible way to do it. So, we have all those people we can refer you to if you need any of that information.

Unknown_07: Does Web 3.0 have any real property, machinery, equipment, any kind of assets apart from the bank statement, you know, whatever? No.

0:40:03
Unknown_06: No, you guys are about to, like, raise that bank account. That's what we have.

Unknown_07: Yeah. Yeah.

Unknown_07: Because everyone's expecting us to be rich. We're just regular people.

Unknown_02: Okay. There's been a lot of discussion, like, for example, here in these transcripts.

Unknown_06: where this individual specifically said that... I don't want to discuss anything.

Unknown_04: I don't want to discuss... Because that's not... I just... I'll read it, I mean, if you provide it to me, but I don't want to go into what somebody else is saying. I want to hear what you're saying. Let me before... And I'll let you continue your questions. What I got from you is the CREAM...

0:40:45
Unknown_04: like the returns, what you file, but not the actual Puerto Rico tax returns, the ones that you file with Hacienda, with Treasury, if that can be sent to me because I don't see it.

Unknown_04: And also the same thing, it looks like there might be some type of a... Yes, yes.

0:41:25
Unknown_04: Suri, what you do in Suri. Okay, but you can do that later. I just want you to answer the question, but I just wanted to let you know that. And any accounting statements that you might have from your accountant? Because all I see is if we look at the bank statements with money coming in, but where is the side of the expenses of that business? I don't have that written down for you. Your partner and you might have it in some type of document jointly prepared with that account, but I don't have it. Okay. I just wanted to see that. Okay. That was my interjection with that. Well, before I go, what is Substack?

0:41:57
Unknown_06: It's a blog. It's like a blog website.

Unknown_04: So you have a blog?

Unknown_06: Yes.

Unknown_04: Okay. And it's, like, registered someplace? Is it something, like, you have an ownership interest in that blog? You know what I mean? Like...

Unknown_04: Like when you have an email that you have your ending with it, like you just did mine, NWR, that's mine. Nobody else, because I paid for it. As soon as I stop paying for it, somebody gets a mail. Yeah, you have a domain. I do have a blog on a web domain. Okay. And do you get money for it? I do, and that money goes right into the Navy Federal account that you have all the statements for. And it actually breaks it out.

0:42:29
Unknown_06: It says it right there what it is. And previously, that was actually going into, it was going through Substack into the payment processor, and the payment processor goes into Banco Popular. But because we were doing the bankruptcy, I changed it so that it was coming directly to me, right? This is months and months ago, like maybe in June or July. And when we're talking about amounts here, I need to be clear about how much it is. It's like Less than $2,000 a year. And it's gotten up to that point, you understand. It's not a lot of money.

0:43:03
Unknown_04: And I can show that to you. Okay. You probably need to prepare for us and share it with the Office of the United States. How much, for example, in 2024 you made?

Unknown_04: and how much you made in 2023, looking at your bank statements, if you can identify them.

Unknown_06: No problem. Yeah, because I can actually log into the payment processor and pull all of that for you, but it's very small. I'm now building. I'm now getting to the point where people are deciding that they want to pay me for things. So they're sending me money, but it's not anything to write home about.

0:43:39
Unknown_04: Okay, and people have to subscribe to your blog?

Unknown_06: They do. Okay. And it's a platform that lets you do that. So when people want to subscribe, they can either subscribe before you or they can pay you for it.

Unknown_02: Okay.

Unknown_02: And how many subscribers do you have?

Unknown_02: I'm going to pull up this information for you, though, so that you can see directly in here what the payments are.

0:44:15
Unknown_02: Okay. Publish your dashboard.

Unknown_04: That will need to be also in the SOFA. what she had earned through her blog.

Unknown_02: You only have one blog, right?

Unknown_04: One blog. You can see that.

0:44:58
Unknown_02: And then you can set it up to do the gross annualized revenue, and you can see what comes in every month and what is coming in.

Unknown_04: So you can print those out or convert them into PDFs, and you can see how you can upload it to me and to the Office of the United States Drug Court. Okay. Those were the questions I had from what I was listening to.

Unknown_07: One question as to... You know, because I was trying to make sense of your...

Unknown_07: and I see that you listed around $277,000 in claims against you, but on Schedule I you only listed $951 in the income from the VA. So I was wondering how were you able to get so much credit to spend on these credit cards?

0:45:44
Unknown_08: She's already stated that this was years ago.

Unknown_08: And that's why maybe it doesn't make sense to you.

Unknown_06: The answer is that I wasn't able to help them. The answer is that I wasn't able to assist the 49% owner of the business who, you know, was taking care of her kids at home. And that's the reason why I received the threats. It's because of the work that I've done.

0:46:22
Unknown_06: There must have been threats at least.

Unknown_02: I got divorced seven years ago. In 2022 and 2023, did you receive any income at all?

0:46:54
Unknown_02: No, I haven't been working.

Unknown_01: No, I have not been working.

Unknown_07: Okay. The VA income that you received, how long have you been receiving that?

Unknown_01: Since I was in the military.

Unknown_02: When was that? When was that?

Unknown_07: I have to amend the SOFA to list that.

Unknown_07: It has the previous year's income.

Unknown_07: Question number five, I think somebody already asked.

Unknown_09: Yes.

Unknown_02: I have no more questions. That's in 2006, but it may have been a little bit later than that.

0:47:30
Unknown_06: It may have been a year after or something, but we'll figure it out.

Unknown_02: I just like to be exact with the dates I'm giving you.

Unknown_06: It's kind of hard to reach back in time.

Unknown_07: It's been a long time since I was out in the military. All right. But apart from that income in particular, you didn't receive any other kind of income in 2022 or 2023? No. 2024?

Unknown_02: any other questions.

Unknown_02: When did you start at the blog? How long ago?

0:48:06
Unknown_02: Maybe... It was last year.

Unknown_02: Last year was the beginning of last year. I don't remember. I have to look. I have to get a good read for it. 2023?

Unknown_04: I could probably look at the oldest blog post on here.

Unknown_05: I migrated this thing, but yeah, 2023. 2022.

Unknown_04: And the blog is related to technology?

Unknown_02: Yeah. Okay. Any other questions?

0:48:47
Unknown_02: No.

Unknown_02: Okay. Do you want to continue and say?

Unknown_07: I'm sorry. Just one last question.

Unknown_07: You know, you mentioned all of these people who have been harassing you, to put it that way. Do you think you have any legal claims against them?

Unknown_02: Are you planning to take any legal action against them? I am planning to take criminal action against them.

0:49:19
Unknown_06: I am actively engaged in seeking criminal action against these individuals.

Unknown_06: I have an open case with the FBI.

Unknown_07: of civil action in terms of, like, asking for a monetary award against them for pain and suffering or something, vanity or something like that.

Unknown_06: I mean, that's an interesting idea. Should I do it?

Unknown_06: Well, I'm not able to give you legal advice because I'm not your lawyer, but maybe you could ask.

Unknown_02: No, I don't. Thank you.

Unknown_04: Okay. Since I'd rather give...

0:49:55
Unknown_04: leave this 341 meeting open for now until I receive the documents, which are bank statements that I need, the monies from the percentage of ownership for the Web3 studios that could not be claimed exempt, and amendments to the schedule.

Unknown_04: And then I'll take it from there once I receive that. How long do you need to get us through this documentation?

0:50:29
Unknown_08: How long for me to get those documents?

Unknown_06: So he messaged me and he said, I'm not sure what document has that breakdown, but I'm trying to keep searching. So we don't know what business document you guys need from us. You know what I'm saying? No, no.

Unknown_08: Okay.

Unknown_06: I will tell you what business documents we need.

Unknown_08: What I'm asking you is how long do you think you need to get them to me?

Unknown_08: That's the question that... for Chapter 7 trustees, asking if I can tell her how much time I need.

Unknown_04: Seven days, you know, for example, seven days for him to upload it into my system. Oh, it can be 72 hours. 72 hours with Anthony.

0:51:06
Unknown_07: Uh-huh. 14 days. Hello, seven days.

Unknown_04: Got to deal with seven days. Seven days. Okay. Sorry. Sorry. Okay.

Unknown_06: If I'm being asked, I want to move it faster.

Unknown_04: Okay. I just want to also, before I go and I close this, I understand that there's more people on the line listening to this 341 meeting of creditors. I have Jason. I have Bernard. I have Mr. Goodall.

0:51:41
Unknown_04: I need to know who else is listening. Okay.

Unknown_04: Please identify yourself.

Unknown_02: Independent journalist.

Unknown_02: Okay. I have your name, sir?

0:52:20
Unknown_02: Sir?

Unknown_02: Independent journalist?

Unknown_02: I understand.

Unknown_04: Independent journalist. Can you tell me your name or your last name?

Unknown_02: Mullen.

Unknown_02: Allen.

Unknown_02: Mullen. M-U-L-L-E-N. Independent journalist.

Unknown_02: Okay.

Unknown_02: Who else? Thank you.

0:53:03
Unknown_02: There's more people on the line.

Unknown_02: Since you're not identifying yourself, I'm not able to have a complete record of who was present.

Unknown_04: So, I would appreciate if you identify yourself.

0:53:41
Unknown_04: This meeting is continued without a date. Thank you.

Unknown_07: The leader has disconnected. This conference will now end.

So when we're all enjoying prison for out many many crimes vs Snackie, do you guys think they'll let us be cellmates, or will they split us up on account of the fact that we're all in a criminal cyberstalkering cult and they don't want us conspiring in prison?

When Jackie spent that money, she had never heard of Dan Mullen, BM, Prongay, Gibney etc.
Shows how truly pernicious the cyberstalkers are. They ruined her life before she even knew they were after her. Truly, truly terrible

Even DSP didn't have issues doing this.

For the record:
  • Typical bankruptcy hearings for like 5-20 minutes, DSP's was 45 minutes long
  • DSP forewarned his tax person that there are basically "crazy people on the internet" and probably sounded crazy himself, but he was vindicated...
  • The bankruptcy call was over teleconferencing (like an actual phone line)
  • There were 2-3 cases before DSP's case and the Judge made reference to "Burnell... we'll go over that one last since I think it will take some time"
  • Someone streamed it live on Twitch or YouTube or something and there were at least 1-2000 viewers live
  • So many people called in to the actual phone line (I think 60+) that the Judge and trustee people and shit were like "wtf". The phone lines actually got fully saturated at some point.
  • People who called in started making snorting noises and dropping memes occasionally
  • Typically creditors (the people owed money, like credit card companies) rarely participate unless they think there is some way they can get back money or there is some glaring reason for them to be present. If they don't present themselves then I believe the debt gets wiped (depending on the type of bankruptcy)
  • A "detractor" called in and impersonated one of DSP's creditors (I think it was Citibank or some shit) which apparently is a mega fraud. They grilled him on his business expenses.
  • DSP himself didn't really have many issues except that he almost got caught out about spending on WWE champions mobile game, except it was very luckily for him just confused with a monthly subscription for WWE online.
  • DSP's paperwork included many inconsistencies and omissions and had to be resubmitted
