I can't find the Frank Hassle episode - maybe it's deleted? It was after Boogie2988 fired a 'warning shot' after being visited by Frank Hassle. Boogie was my main cow before becoming Keemstar's pet and Nick turning into a lolcow supernova. This video by Nick AFAIR was quite good summary of the drama. It was when Boogie was still somewhat liked character and gaslighted the Internet to some extent by portraying himself as a blameless victim of a 'stalker'. With 40k views Nick's video put a dent into this story. I remember this being fun and informative stream, I wonder how well the legal takes have aged...

The interview was some time after. During it both of them discussed the fringe legality of what Frank is doing, Hassle seemed to have a pretty good grasp what to do to stay somewhat within the law, or at least not to really get in trouble. They laughed it off, Nick noted that Frank vaping into someone's face in one of his videos is probably an assault and Hassle joked that was CGI.

As for Nick's worst day, it seems to be more related to family over Memorial Day weekend. At first he didn't think whatever happened was a big deal, then it got worse, then it was crushing before he later downplayed it as a mere dark moment in time after distancing himself from them. Responses to infidelity generally don't follow that progression. Kayla was a great "support" and Nick distanced himself from any concerned parties (first locally, then incel prudes online). Infidelity may be involved, but what seemed to bother Nick the most was how people local to him were reacting to whatever happened.

Kayla's possible sexual and/or emotional infidelity could have happened before the swinging took place, but given their established definition/use of the term "monogamous" they have both poisoned the well somewhat when implying or outright declaring "infidelity" within their group.
