So far as I know the last event was unsealing the indictment.
New dox from today.
Two lawyers are representing Szabo.
Nicholas G. Madiou and Michael E. Lawlor, both of Brennan, McKenna & Lawlor, Chtd. The appearance is pro bono. There's also a discovery letter requesting the government produce discovery evidence,
Brady material, and the like. I haven't read it yet, so there might be something interesting in it, but on the most cursory look, it seems pretty boilerplate.
Also, incidentally, despite the "pro bono" aspect, apparently they're also requesting the identities of all CIs, presumably so they can be dumped into the record (or leaked by the lawyers who will then shockedpikachu face and have no idea how that happened) and get swatted or worse. Sounds pretty anti bono.
Okay, put the tinfoil hat on me but it's sus especially the way they're going about it. There's just something gloating about the language but I could just be being paranoid. It could also just be some cut and paste shit from similar discovery letters.
Here's the language I find super sus, especially the extremely unprofessional "air quotes" around "records." They're either records or they aren't you giant douchecannons.

There's something sus about these "pro bono" lawyers. I mean call me paranoid, again, but why this guy for supposed "pro bono?"
Does this guy have clients with deep pockets somewhere?
