Apparently most of the 33 recent bomb threats done against schools in Springfield, Ohio are from "overseas", and from "one particular country". Is it possible some of these third-world Torswats/Com orbiters were responsible for this? Also, can someone with PACER access check if Szabo was arraigned? Seems like a long delay for someone that's in custody of U.S. Marshals.
So far as I know the last event was unsealing the indictment.

Rediscovered another old Alan appearance from nearly two years ago.

This dumb mothefucker used usernames and profile pictures from characters in the Lord of the Rings. Hey dumbass you should have learned better fucking opsec before starting your swatting service.

From an old January 2023 post of mine in the Foodist thread:

>Paimon Arnum Onkmokhob

I still could have sworn that he was active on the Foodist forum clay.party under the name Wraith, but I haven't for the life of me been able to find any archives. Still, here's more proof outside of the court documents and Alan's own word that he was involved with the Foodists.

New dox from today.

Two lawyers are representing Szabo.

Nicholas G. Madiou and Michael E. Lawlor, both of Brennan, McKenna & Lawlor, Chtd. The appearance is pro bono. There's also a discovery letter requesting the government produce discovery evidence, Brady material, and the like. I haven't read it yet, so there might be something interesting in it, but on the most cursory look, it seems pretty boilerplate.

Also, incidentally, despite the "pro bono" aspect, apparently they're also requesting the identities of all CIs, presumably so they can be dumped into the record (or leaked by the lawyers who will then shockedpikachu face and have no idea how that happened) and get swatted or worse. Sounds pretty anti bono.

Okay, put the tinfoil hat on me but it's sus especially the way they're going about it. There's just something gloating about the language but I could just be being paranoid. It could also just be some cut and paste shit from similar discovery letters.

Here's the language I find super sus, especially the extremely unprofessional "air quotes" around "records." They're either records or they aren't you giant douchecannons.

There's something sus about these "pro bono" lawyers. I mean call me paranoid, again, but why this guy for supposed "pro bono?"

Does this guy have clients with deep pockets somewhere?

Your honor the defense would like "evidence" of the stool pigeon that was set up to frame our completely innocent client along with his home address social security number and what he ate for breakfast to prove why our client is innocent and not for any other reason whatsoever despite our client being part of a network of people actively watching and wouldn't ever do something bad with that information ever, we pinky promise, that's how innocent our client is.

I mean, sure, go ahead my lawyer dudes, go ahead with that, if you are willing to pay for the rehoming and witness protection fees for the witness, and if you're willing to accept the burden of responsibility if and when that information is utilized as a form of witness intimidation and reprisal, both punitively for reckless endangerment and financially.

Where can you see that?
Docket text.

They're not appearing on the attorneys tab yet. I suppose the clerk could have made the designation in error, as the pro bono designation doesn't actually show up in the text. These two being paid would make a lot more sense in this context and would be much less suspicious. I'm still irritated by the "records" scare quotes.

God, please make him serve his punishments consecutively.
375*5=1875 years.
Literally enjoy prison you demonic hapa troon.

How is swatting only 5 years? You can get people killed. Driving recklessly and attempted murder carries longer sentences, holy fuck. What a rigged system. If swatting is treated as the same severity as "murder for hire" crimes, then we'd see a lot less of them.
@Distinguished Toastmaster @Heltelen @AltisticCentre you're fucking next, Thomasz Szabo.

Quick reminder that Jackie Singh (A) and Patrick Tomlinson (A) are retards who still have not retracted their false allegations against a random Swedish man.

A DUI homicide is typically a 10 year sentence for first time offenders. You get longer for driving with cocaine in your trunk. Makes no sense, but we live in a society.
