Scott Newgent and some other detrans TIFs figured out that these doctors don't carry malpractice insurance. Dr. Gallagher doesn't, that's totally been talked about. Lots of people have tried to sue her but they can't. I don't know if the same goes for the docs that write the med scripts. But the surgeons totally. Not all states allow surgeons to go without malpractice insurance. I say they should just make them in all 50 states.

They could put a lien on her house and other property, force her to liquidate assets, its not like she's "judgement proof" like some broke assholes are, she's a surgeon, she has money. I think the problem is that an attorney won't take the case because there isn't the promise of a big malpractice insurance payout. You'd have to find someone who believed in the cause enough to do it for free, or for part of Gallagher's house. Hopefully Trump follows through on what he was saying about "Left wing gender insanity" and fucks like Shbhdbhdh find themselves facing a Congressional inquiry and Federal charges if they're found to have used "puberty blockers" for shit they were never licensed for and performing these procedures on minors.

That’s why they shun and denounce detransitioners. They’re speaking the truth, revealing how the cult works, and explaining why it’s awful. That is why they must be silenced by any means: many end up leaving Twitter/reddit because troons constantly harass them and threaten and dox them.

They found a perceived sanctuary, gained friends and support, abandoned their families. Then one day they’re alone and being digitally attacked and having some whisper affirmation “it gets better, it just takes more time…”. For an unstable person this is very bad, so they must choose to continue detransing or accept the cult again.
