with the intention to deceive
An awful lot of the trans experience, when you really sit down and think about it, hinges upon this.
"Let me trick you, because if you don't, you're a bigot."
Convincing people that you are something you are not, and more importantly, you know you are not. The whole concept of 'passing', which troons spend an inordinate amount of time, money and energy attaining, is, when you really boil it down, the ability to successfully fool strangers into thinking they're the opposite sex. That's why they smile in that weird, smug, one-sided way that they do - that expression people on here have taken to calling an autogynesmile. It goes by another name: duper's delight.
It is a deliberate thing, too. They used to be honest about it, back when they called themselves 'traps'.
Trannies lie to people every day of their lives, to their faces, simply by existing. And they keep telling ever more elaborate lies, the longer they're allowed to remain unchallenged, to the point that we now have several, often contradictory talking points about what the nebulous concept of gender supposedly is or isn't, which they can swap out interchangeably depending on what is most convenient at any given time. Trannies are all master rusema'ams, demanding that their audience fall, once again, for one of their elaborate gender-gambits.
I don't think it's a coincidence that compulsive lying is often observed as a comorbid trait in individuals with various personality disorders.
