Don't know about the exact legal consequences but I'm sure her handlers will pull a Weekend at Bernie's and flail around either a Kamala puppet or straight up her unconscious body for it. They're experts at it if Biden throughout the last four years is any indication.

I don't disagree with RFK jr being friendly with unholy shmuley, shmuley boteach is a dirty little rat bastard and is basically every single stereotype rolled into one. I personally think he was deeply involved in the oddness around Michael jackson's death. His power and influence is the only thing that has kept him from getting what him and his butt plug sellign whore daughter. That said, RFK jr is the perfect pick for HHS, I can't think of a better choice. Let him take a Flamethrower to Big Pharma, Big Ag/Big Sugar, and line out the vaccine schedule and the various health issues. Some of the vaccines are fine, some aren't.
