FFG likes to tell two stories, in her initial livestream she started by saying it was her phone number Chantal doxxed, then moments later she changed it to it was a throw away number and she was too smart to give her actual number to Chantal...
When FFG wants pity, her phone number was doxed. When FFG wants to be superior, it was a "fuckaround burner" phone. I believe she made similar claims when she and Froggy fell out. And if I'm remembering correctly, in her early Reddit posts, she claimed Mourad would call her from a burner phone. She has stated numerous times over the years that "fat cunt" cost her her original Montreal area code number and she'll never forgive. I remember it was one of the reasons she gave for laughing during the MBM saga, which I always thought was kind of odd.
For those who love tin foil, here's why she "mourns" the Montreal number. It's been demonstrated that Chantal borrowed from pop culture for her story times. FFG did too. There's a Seinfeld episode "The Maid" where Elaine gets a new phone number, which comes with a new area code, and is upset that people will think she's not an "actual" NYer. FFG borrowed that plot line.
Also, her stories of public rages (whether buying a laptop, parking within the lines, etc.) with accompanying meltdowns are pure George Costanza (see also "The Maid," where George's flailing about gets him nicknamed Koko, or "The Apology" where he ends up at Rageaholics Anonymous). She has a deeper connection to Seinfeld, you see, bc of the Judaism. Also FFG: "Fuck G_d" (excuse me, Allah).
I've also wondered if the side-pony wasn't borrowed from a Greek-Canadian character on Degrassi. All of FFG's boyfriends were, of course, borrowed from Chantal, injected with The Substance for maximum superiority, then fell apart from neglect. Now, it's just her, Schrodinger's BBJunes, and a crate of tropical fruit (see Kramer, Newman). (Once you start looking for correspondences, it's downright eerie.)
**Edited bc somehow I forgot how to English.
