General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

ERB ended up falling into the same bracket as several other HoloEN talents for me.

Don’t like her style enough to subscribe but I do greatly enjoy her presence in collabs. Calli, Kiara, Kronii, Irys, and Vesper (RIP) also fell into that category. Funny, because I’d expected ERB to be my favorite Justice gorl and Gigi my least favorite, but it went in the opposite direction.

I tend to treat Vtubers as regular streamers though (background noise) and don’t click on 90% of the content they put out and only do when it’s something that looks particularly interesting. So I’m probably the wrong sort of autistic fag to judge chuubas.

So are they now walking the path of a classic vtuber agency by debuting gens/waves? The japanese VShojo twitter account was created back in 2020 and apart from Kson and Henya who don't seem to pander a lot to the japanese audience they have hardly done anything to get a foothold in the japanese market afaik. I'm curious if this will work out but I doubt it will be a big hit.
There was some talk about music analysis a while back, and in light of Suisei's new album and her Budokan Live, I noticed that Ravenclaw did a deepdive into Bibbidiba (which now reached 100 millions views within 238 days, faster than Shigure Ui's loli requiem). It's very interesting stuff from a compositional point of view
From drawing and rigging her 1.0 model and editing her MVs by herself to performing at the sacred Budokan is really the ultimate idol journey.
4 years old but still a good video about Suisei's ups and downs
I can't wait for her next concert, awesome stuff

I'll admit that I watch Silvervale once a blue moon but that's it.

Keep in mind that the reason a lot of agency girls are opening BS accounts is to prevent imposters from doing so. I'm not expecting most of them to be or stay active over there, when posting/engaging on X has to potential to be an actual revenue stream for them.
