I would ask why the doctor didn't give her instruction on how to bath after surgery, but I think it's one of two reasons. @Aquire-Aquarius those studies you linked make me wonder how many troon suicides are caused by depression and how many are caused by a fetish. It's always a fetish with them.
The real question is if they really want to be those women or if it is because deep down they know being ugly and/or old women is the best they can get? as close as they can get to pass?
