Shapiro is supposed to intervene when law is being broken openly and brazenly and he isn't.
I'm curious if he's wanting to hang Bucks Co out to dry or he really thinks this is going help him gain stead toward a presidential run. To the normie it just looks like he's okay with blatant illegal activity and ignoring the Supreme Court in his state, which could translate to ignoring the highest court in the land. I could see that being appealing to a lawless democrat but if I was a Pennsylvania voter I'd be pissed.
No it's just performative nonsense. It's trying to make people think Trump's government will be unserious and illegitimate, the patriotic totally not insane Democrats are taking things so seriously they're blah blah blah
That's how I took it, but again to the normie hearing the word shadow related to anything with the government will cause distrust at the least and might make some people view it as sedition/treason. It's dumb on all levels. Plus where are these talking heads going to go if media companies shift back to more centrist/neutral reporting instead of being activist central?

I saw some crazy Lib “public science advocate” announce that America AND THE WORLD is SOOOOO screwed because of RFK becoming the new secretary of health.

She posted a long ass list of his many, many sins. Including… “Advocating for organic food and opposition to GMO foods”.

Yes, you read that right.

Democrats are so buck broken, that organic foods now are big bad, because a Trump appointee supports them.

Fucking wild.

Comparing free email access to access to a paid service is totally the same. Dude you are delusional. Jones will likely eventually win on appeal precisely because the Judge was so fucked.

There is no upper limit on how much Google could charge for access to this data. If Jones already was paying it he would have had no problem providing it. So the Judge can hold you in default because you refused to answer a discover order that would have required you to pay potentially millions of dollars just to get it. When you said this was unreasonable the Judge instead told you to go fuck yourself get it or suffer.

The decision was not made in a vacuum. Jones' expensive attorneys advised him on doing this.
The larger issue with the Jones cases is not just the bullshit summery judgement that was waived through because procedural bullshit, but that the Texas case was achieved via a bullshit Uber driver connection. It basically was Jones arguing the case should be thrown out because X and then retarded justification.

There never should have been a case. Jones not turning over discovery is effectively arguing that it’s his fault for getting raped because he was talking to the rapist.

This is just entire wall of text that tries to justify that judges can ask you something impossible and beyond your control and if you do not accomplish this. Judge can punish you any way they want. Which in terms of justice is absolutely ridiculous and is completely banana republic tier.

This.

A judge can order you indirectly to front millions upon millions of dollars for a minor bullet point. Then ignore you when you say its unreasonable but punish you for not going and getting it. All because the narrative of the plaintiff claims you used something that you don't control but inherently exists because the third party service provides this for anyone if they pay.

If the court requested all of Jones YouTube videos from his banned account this would be a request that he was more likely to comply with because Google would be required to provide it without charging him millions of dollars.

Google did not ask for millions of dollars to turn over Jones' analytics data. If they had, Jones could have said, "I tried to get the data, but Google refused to supply it unless I paid millions of dollars I do not have." Perhaps he could have won on appeal if he'd made due diligence to comply, but was unable to because of forces beyond his control. However, Jones did not request the data at all. He made no attempt whatsoever to comply with the judge's order, and waited until the due date to tell the judge why he didn't even bother sending an e-mail to request the data. That's why he got fucked.

Reddit has literally nothing on Vance so they keep clinging to the sex with couches lie.

You know it's bad when people can't even articulate why they hate someone, it's just pure compulsion
Hah I like this.

Oh, in that case, he should have filed an objection and provided evidence of the conspiracy rather than ignoring the judge.
He does that every day! Just gotta tune in, brother.

Because the request is on its face absurd.

If I tell you "no I don't use Google Analytics" this would be the end of the discussion in any sane court. The plaintiff had absolutely no way of knowing if Jones did or if he used it in the way they thought. It was total and complete conjecture. It would have been meaningless if the judge didn't have it in for Jones and force him into a bind over it. Google collects data on every site no matter if you purchase their analytics or not. They at least knew that because the claim that Jones site had Google Analytics data would always be true. All sites have it. Whether or not you pay them to use it.

Easy civil rights violation charges on the doj for violation of rights on Shapiro.

Also if we believe Ugly Truths position that judges are all powerful then i guess Bucks county is about to get fucked. Of course niggers ignore judges orders all the time and nothing fucking happen to them. But i digress. They are on video telling the courts to fuck off. Even D judges wont like that.

Question can Trumps DoJ not do consent decree bullshit to force areas to not have retarded elections?

Im honestly wondering if he can seriously redeem his image in a 100 years because of this stunt he pulled. At the very least it took real balls for biden turn on his masters. There's plenty of people in history who got fucked and just took it as opposed to spinning around and burning everything down. He's still a terrible human being but I wonder if people will just blame most of his presidency on his handlers.

I asked Vivek's dad for his opinion and he said "Do not redeem saar!"

By the way in a recent episode him and his wife, both self-described progressives who used to teach at Evergreen which is a university infamous for the incident that occurred which saw him and his wife cease to work there, referred to trannies as "troons".

The word troon has achieved escape velocity and is now being used by evolutionary biologists.

I wonder who came up with the word "troon"? It sounds like something a Scot would say. "Och aye. Ah cannae stand those trroons!"

Exactly. It just sounds evil, and like something which is designed to overthrow the legitimate government. And saying "Actshuallly, this is a venerable British idea of governance" will just sound gay.

Imagine if Trump declared himself the "Shadow President" ruling from Mar-A-Lago in 2021 and appointed a bunch of "Shadow Cabinet Secretaries." The media would have lost their shit accusing him of trying to start a civil war.

The fact that mainstream, national level Democrat elected politicians are talking about this openly sounds to me like they're floating a trial balloon to see if the public would be on board with a coup where Biden and Kamala just refuse to cede power and won't recognize Trump as President and leave office. Now I doubt that would work now, as Biden seems happy and eager to give the WH back to Trump and probably sabotaged Kamala, but there have to be some Democrat operatives considering this as a last Hail Mary to stop Literally Hitler from taking power.

There could be a lot of fuckery at foot between now and Inauguration Day. Stacey Abrams wasn't the first person to claim to be the rightful governor of Georgia:
Talmadge asked Arnall to honor the General Assembly’s election. Arnall maintained that the legislature had no right to elect a governor and refused to step aside. Talmadge then ordered state troopers to remove Arnall from the capitol and see that he returned home safely. On January 15, the day of the legislative election, both Herman Talmadge and Ellis Arnall claimed to be governor of Georgia and shared the same offices in the capitol. By the next day Talmadge had seized control of the governor’s office and had the locks on the doors changed. Arnall continued to maintain his position as governor and even set up a governor’s office in exile in an information kiosk in the capitol. Ultimately, Arnall relinquished his claim as governor and supported Thompson.

An Anticlimactic Ending
After Arnall surrendered his claim to the governorship, Georgia was still left with two governors, each of whom had appointed government officials. The result was two months of chaos.
Note that this occurred when the newly elected Governor died between Election Day and Inauguration Day...

It's a bit of Something Awful forum slang. It means "trans goon", goon being what they call each other, like kiwi or farmer here, if I'm not mistaken, and wasn't a derogatory at first.

Because the request is on its face absurd.

Doesn't matter what you think about the judge's order; what matters is that it's an order. When a judge gives you an order, your opinion is no longer part of the equation.

If I tell you "no I don't use Google Analytics" this would be the end of the discussion in any sane court.

Sure, but then when you later accidentally reveal in a deposition that you were lying, as Jones did, you're not gonna get much benefit of the doubt, and the judge will order you to produce the information you lied about not using. Once you've registered all your arguments and received the order, comply. BTW, don't lie to your lawyer. Defendants do it all the time, and it always ends badly. This one ended really badly for Jones.

It would have been meaningless if the judge didn't have it in for Jones and force him into a bind over it.

If you're in a lawsuit, and you feel like the judge has it in for you, and you're being railroaded, what you do is what Trump did in his NY and GA cases. You obey the judge. Even when the judge is clearly biased against you, which happens all the time, you obey, you be the biggest fucking goody-two-shoes that ever lived, because you know the judge is trying to fuck you, so you're probably going to need to be ready to win on appeal, Sabotaging yourself by lying and ignoring court orders, which is what Jones did, guarantees you lose your appeal, which is what happened to Jones.

This is a serious question: what do you think is the normal outcome when you disobey court orders during a lawsuit? I've only seen a couple lawsuits up close, only one where this happened, and it didn't work out the way you think it does.

This didn't happen so its irrelevant to the discussion. Why are you talking broadly about the process in general?

If Jones was using it he wouldn't have had to engage with Google to get it. He would just login to his account and grab it. Google would have always had it as they have it for every site. This specific case is both totally unreasonable and the Judge doesn't agree with that so railroads you anyway. Why you are unable to process this is a very interesting level of retardation.

Delete your account, retard.

Arguing join dates is the most pathetic thing.
To be fair, a ton of 2024 posters are insanely bad.
You obey the judge. Even when the judge is clearly biased against you
No way! The best method is to do the Nick way! Call the judge a nigger retard on livestream and then have your gross meth addict girlfriend post fake tweets about how amazing your ballsack is and the judge should get murdered, imo.

Pennsylvania is some bullshit where it looks like local Dems are basically just going “the court can enforce their decision” in a state where that likely will be allowed unless because they have a Democratic Governor and their Supreme Court is extremely liberal.

If the buck doesn’t stop at Bucks then I imaging they are gonna start finding boxes of 500 ballots in all 70 counties for Casey (and maybe Harris). If we get a repeat of Florida by Elias but in Pennsylvania , I’ll be impressed that he managed to waste everyone’s fucking time. If Harris unconcedes like Gore then I’ll actually be worried.
The funny thing is that that state's liberal Supreme Court is the one that said this shit is illegal.

I think both TJT and The Ugly One have points but both are missing the more important thing. Jones lawyer was fucking incompetent, so badly incompetent the case got his practice suspended on entirely legitimate grounds.

I'd vote less that this is Jones' fault and more likely actually bad advice from this idiot.

He should definitely have hired better counsel then. Jones isn't poor so its kind of surprising. The one time I ever had to hire a lawyer the guy did exactly what I needed him to do and it didn't even cost that much money. All things considered.
