Balldo Nicholas Robert Rekieta / Rekieta "Law" / @NickRekieta - Polysubstance enthusiast, "Internet shock jock" not-allowed-to-practice abortionist "lawyer", swinger, "whitebread ass nigga", snuffs animals for fun, visits 🇯🇲 BBC resorts. Legally a felonious, copyright cuck. End-stage career failure: normies know.

TL;DR: Ahhhh alcoholic, lick the bottle!

Nick is just showing that 'names' and 'labels' are transactional for him--convenient mantles to be donned or doffed when inconvenient. He has no moral centre--no moral fortitude to stick by an ideal or belief. 'Christian', 'Libertarian', 'Free Speech advocate', 'Til death do us part', and all the others were assumed for mere advantage--not true belief or commitment.

Just to be fair to Rekieta, since I questioned this, I've searched for instances where he cited a clear date for his sobriety.
On Twitter, he seems to be consistent with the June 5th date.

On YouTube, he stated that he's been clean since the Judge ordered it on June 7th.

For further clarity. Day 1, AFTER arrest on may 23, 2024, junkie claimed he removed all the alcohol bottles from his stream room, or his house, but the intent was to appear ON THE WAGON.

Further clarity, June 6th was the CPS hearing where the transcript revealed rekieta POPPED HOT on his drug testing, which his lawyer was all YES, YO HONUR BUT ALCHOHOL is not illegal AND I could have sworn the transcript revealed the test was taken the morning of june 6th.

The ADDICT-Junkie-Coomer-ChildAbuser who posted the ATTACHED on locals:
1. POST is PSYCHO long.
2. CLAIMED he voted Trump 2024?!?! LOL
3. Trump/MAGA labels: Racist. Rapist, fraud, Cheater, Liar, Terrorist, Insurrectionist, Felon, Criminal.
4. Post shows HOLES in Brain=JUNKIE

What really gets me going about this disgusting cuckold faggot is that it's always someone else never him. You ask him anything even if you ask him who fucked his wife again he will say someone else did it.
He’s really such a disingenuous faggot.

“Ohwowza guise! I’d TOTALLY take responsibility but muh legal case!”

Alrighty! How does his possession case prevent him from:

*Apologize for the 5K locals lie
*Apologize to Dear John
*Apologize for being a sexual degenerate
*Apologize for being drunk like a skunk on half his shows.
*Apologize for numerous lies to his fans
*Apologize for gaslighting everyone who told him to pull up.

I could go on, but I think the point has been made.

For further clarity. Day 1, AFTER arrest on may 23, 2024, junkie claimed he removed all the alcohol bottles from his stream room, or his house, but the intent was to appear ON THE WAGON.
And after that he got busted by a court test for being drunk.

Lol.

The best indication of sobriety is of course behavior. Does he sound sober on the recent pedophile stream?

Prep for him taking a plea deal maybe?

The conference coming up in under two weeks.
He has expressed a lack of satisfaction over the plea he’s already gotten. My guess is that it’s only barely better than what a trial would likely produce.

So Nick has to make a decision, go down swinging for a shit outcome.

Or plea like a bitch for a slightly less shit outcome.

Really, he’s trying to find the path of least bitchdom. Which would explain the argumentative nature of his tweets, leaking Aaron’s history, etc. It’s just pure image management.

Actions not words, Nick. He seems BAFFLED that people will not take his word unquestioningly. It will take time. Nick will need to take his lumps for months to years in order to overcome the reputation he has built now.
Y'know maybe its because I'm a Catholic with a massive guilt complex, but I'm a real sucker for a redemption story. The problem is Nick is so obstinate, and doesn't seem to even want to try and fix this wreck of his life. Seriously, if he wanted to get on a lot of people's good side, all I think he'd have needed to do is to take time off the internet, throw himself on the mercy of the court, because let's be real, if he went in strong with a plea at the start, they'd probably plea him down, and then immediately devote himself to sobriety.

Instead, not only does Crackets do none of this, but he also chooses to double down, showing everyone that he's devolved into not much more than a belligerent junky. For the sake of him and his family, I hope he sobers up, but the person who seems least invested in that possibility is Nick.

the alpha and the omega of the troubles of Nick's life is Nick's fundamental character - and it is a poor character, a weak character, a bad character.

He's such a fucking catastrophe that many of us see him going to jail as a good ending for the kids. It would get him the fuck away from them.

Meanwhile, the Balldo squad has this to say:

The ironic part of course is that many of these balldo washers are what’s left of his old trad-dad, MAGA boomer audience.

The very same people that Nick wouldn’t spit on, if they were on fire when he was still Big Law King Rekieta, and would mock them for their BORING Trump and guns and NERDY wholesome lifestyles.

The “pull up” segment feels like it happened five years ago at this point. It’s amazing how quickly this faggot has managed to burn his whole life down. Next trial date is in what, 10 days? And we may get movement on the Google account breach separately from that?

I’ve never seen anything like it
I was legitimately thinking it was like four years ago earlier today but then I realized no, it was the end of last summer/last fall. Not much over a year. It would be extremely impressive if it wasn't so sad for the people around him

Shit, he could have done it before the trial.

Take a few weeks off and then return with a heartfelt apology to his audience, that didn’t even touch on the criminal charges.

And then stream once or twice a week with legal or political stuff, NOT try and fuck with Aaron. Take the trollish superchats like a man, and make it clear once in a while that he can’t fault people for whatever opinions they have, but he can’t talk about his case.

He wouldn’t be back to Depp numbers, but he could likely pull a few thousand live viewers a stream.

And of course, while he would likely still have a sceptical audience in here, I’ll guarantee you the threat wouldn’t move even close to as fast.

But Nick is of course utterly allergic to the kind of introspection needed or admitting fault.

I haven't kept tabs on this, but something tells me his "sober date" keeps changing.
He initially claimed days after he was busted that he got rid of all his alcohol, which people assumed meant throwing it out or irrevocably giving it away to someone. The photos from the second home confirmed that at least some of his alcohol was simply moved to where April was living (there were gifts of alcohol with "To Nick" still on them)

Around this time, the Rekietas' court-appointed attorneys for the CHIPS case had the idea to obtain hair tests to get a read on their past drug use. These attorneys work in the system regularly and understand that the best way forward is cooperating. However, Rekieta changed his mind. He and his wife revoked permission for the county to see the test results. It's not known what happened in the end; apparently the guardian ad litem was able to obtain the results somehow, but I believe the case was sealed before anything was entered into the record to state what the results were (one could have a guess).

To make up for the hair test, the Rekietas came to their court hearing on June 6 with brand new urinalysis tests. THEY'RE CLEAN! Except for alcohol.

Since the CHIPS case is sealed there is no word on whether he is still being drug tested or not. Apparently, there is drama in the bunker because they missed a test in recent weeks, and April was blamed. But it's not clear whether he's still being tested now or how often he is being tested.

I don't like redemption stories bc people believe them too easily, which means they are manipulable. And believing so easily means that when there has been real harm, harm that can't be undone, that harm gets swept away as if it didn't happen - but it did. People make mistakes and fall down holes, and they can come back from that if they truly change. But true change requires a fundamental shift in worldview and behavior. Someone like Nick - who spends more time lashing out at people than accepting responsibility because he still thinks his choices are fundamentally valid and everyone else is just a bunch of mean and jealous prudes - will not fundamentally change and therefore will not earn a true redemption. He doesn't think he needs to be redeemed.

He's saying now he can't fall on his sword bc it could jeopardize his legal position. True, but if he were truly of the mind to be better he'd do so with genuine actions, and words that don't involve confessing to a crime but which show a change of orientation. Pick any day in the last week and grab any tweet or comment, and it's clear he's the same as ever.

That's why his lack of character, even if innate, is not an excuse. He may be "badly built," but as they say: if he wanted to, he would.

April hasn't Xweeted in a few days. Anybody think she's in rehab?
This was her last message from Thursday evening MN time. Maybe she was turned off by the toxicity of Twitter and is moving to Bluesky, or maybe Rekieta was pissed about Keanu's revelations and has revoked her Internet privileges to prevent her from spilling more beans.

april_last.png

She literally tweeted yesterday, dude.
That's in UTC. It's around 8pm Thursday Minnesota time.

Both of them have spaz out sessions of Twitter, go silent for a time, and then do it all over again.
This is a little more significant because April left after having been exposed to have revealed sensitive information in private conversations with Keanu.
