LEO / Military have gone through about 15 years of everything being about fighting 'toxic' behaviors and getting as many black lesbians on the force as possible. I could 100% see any police department overreacting to a claim of sexual misconduct by just firing the guy without any intermediate steps. Govt employees get the book thrown at them especially hard when anything involving sex or diversity is associated with their misconduct.
I'm not a fan of Binks and I agree that she should be gone soon, but she got her shit rocked by an ogre and she still seems a bit shook to me. So I don't know if she's completely comfortable right now, I think she does seem a bit too comfortable around Frank though.

Alex needed to go, and today was the best time to do it. He and his mudblood "family" were actively demoralizing the other contestants in a way that broke their confidence in production and hampered the future ability to incentivize the Fish. As funny as it would have been to keep trolling Alex another 3 weeks, it would have been the same exact shit everyday with him threatening everyone, yapping, and then pretending to quit.
Jeff seems to be most clued onto Frank and also the fact that he seems to keep having phones materialize in his possession. I think he may have also commented about him disappearing but not entirely sure.
