I don't see how the charges don't get dropped at this point. The alleged victim's husband hacked the defendant's email account and by Nick's own admission this contained Aaron's privileged communications with his lawyer which Nick read, some of which he summarized on Twitter. How does Aaron get a fair trial?
Aaron couldn't get a fair trial because Nick is what is referred to colloquially as "a fucking sped".
Nick could maybe try to argue he saw the emails between Aaron and his attorney (as well as attorneys who he spoke with, like Sean--the details of which are probably what caused Nick to go batshit insane against him) but didn't open them, but he's already screwed himself because he seems privy to the communications. Would you believe Nick would brag about knowing what "lies" Aaron has said to his attorney if he didn't know, only to try to go back and say that he didn't read them? Because I think he is stupid enough to try to use the absolute worst argumentation ever to say that what he said live on a stream isn't what he actually said.
Maybe he could try to suggest that the person on the NLO stream wasn't actually him, except as we know he literally posted on Locals he was going to be in that stream, a person who sounds exactly like a severely intoxicated Nick shows up and revealed incredibly specific details about Aaron, and then later would post said private details about Aaron on his own Twitter: details he could only get through illegal means.
My heart says the funniest outcome would be Nick and April both getting arrested this Friday (November 22) for the Aaron hack so he gets to spend the weekend before Thanksgiving in jail, and then has to remain in jail unless he's going to his court hearings next week (and ending up missing Thanksgiving, his favorite holiday), and presumably until his trial(s) are settled. I have no reason to believe currently that Kayla is involved in anything relating to the Aaron hack besides her being the subject of the revenge porn, but April's dumb ass sounds like she's conspiring with Nick to destroy Aaron. She deserves the legal bludgeoning too.
The number of ethical violations he's done, I don't see how he could even keep his license to be an attorney, unless the bar decides to do fuck all (which I see no reason why they should ignore this amount of illegal shit). He demonstrated earlier in the year he can't even perform his duties as an attorney to defend the rights of his clients by not even showing up to April's hearing, and the current explanations are both fucking bad: either he's so fucked up on illegal substances he can't perform his duties as an attorney, or he's so malicious he's intentionally sabotaging his representation of April to put her into a situation to make her more dependent on him, which sounds so unethical I don't have any reason to doubt it's a fundamental violation of her rights. I don't think an attorney can decide not to defend their client because if he intentionally refuses to do so, it'll result in a scenario where he's more likely to get to fuck her, and not break incredibly basic ethical guidelines he's required to follow.
He's so fucking stupid I can't comprehend it.
