Can't put it on all men it's a hyper specific kind of loser who self insert as frank or see him as a father figure so they have to defend him regardless of what he does or what the outcome is. If he is laughed at or looks stupid as opposed to being a smirking above-it-all troll it they see it as reflecting poorly on themselves. Frank can't banter or actually be funny which is why he has to resort to grabbing at shit or leaning on people.

People will always complain, and letty was annoying but did not have the same egotistical qualities as mizzy. Shes currently the most annoying contestant so she will get shit on for it, I would say rightfully so. And what i said still applies, if Mizzy goes all the way through the hellhouse like nina did she will have respect too and people will care little about her occasional annoying self fellation
