I genuinely don’t feel like Soggy main intention was defending MrBeast. The video by the creator’s own admission doesn’t exonerate MrBeast from his most damning claims: like Jimmy knowing about Chris Tyson, hiring a sex offender, the crypto scam, and the moldy lunchly etc. MrBeast is trying to latch onto whatever makes him look better and something tells me he didn’t even watch it all the way through.

The comment section is still not positive on MrBeast I doubt people’s perception of the brand would change that much. I think people’s perceptions on Dogpack wold change however, and that’s not entirely a bad thing since he spread a lot false information around that muddied the waters. We don’t actually need him for MrBeast to be exposed. I mostly just saw Soggy trying to defend random innocent people that appeared in MrBeast videos that got caught in the crossfire because of Dawson.

I think it is fair a criticism though that he got his personal dislike of Dawson get way too much in the way of the video, and I think he should've went harder on the employees too.

It's bizarre how so many commentary Youtubers are quick to dismiss Mr.Beast's rather numerous pedo connections (...or maybe not so bizarre, considering how often Youtubers are accused of messaging their underage fans). The thing you guys have to remember is he is the single biggest Youtuber in the world. At the start of all this his channel had something like four or five times the population of the Roman Empire at it's peak. It is a stupid, ridiculously huge number that most people can't really understand how big it is. Right now he has 331 million followers. (That's gone up from when it started.)

His audience is children, and he looks safe enough parents just park their kids in front a screen and don't pay attention to what the kid is watching. Then the kid says he wants a MR Beast chocolate bar. Sure. Why not? If the parents aren't watching what their kids are watching online, they sure as hell aren't watching the type of videos that would be calling him out.

You would him being caught in something so horrible, on Mysterio levels of public in out Spiderman as being Peter Parker for all the things he's done to really be noticed and affect him negatively.
