If anyone has ever watched law streams covering trials, you’ll probably recall similar lines being used in questioning as if following a blueprint. That’s because it is a blueprint. Take the first half of that exchange, it implies that if they test positive then it’s because they were unknowingly exposed by a person or contaminated environment (which would be contaminated by someone else), because obviously there is no other way to have drugs in their system if the kid is denying personal drug use.

The second question puts that in writing, and also gives the kid another chance to think about if they know something more. It’s so standard I am in shock (not really, given how retarded he is) this is his main defence.

• The drug lab corruptly botches the test of his daughter's hair, which had the cocaine in it from the cops but also the test was a false positive? Not sure how these two theories gel together but what's important is the cops and the drug lab were engaged in a conspiracy against Nick
• CPS engages in a conspiracy to keep Nick's kids from him, so they coach his kids on how to answer questions. They also falsely attribute the "live in Nanny" to Kayla, which they only would have known would have negative ramifications if they were familiar with Nick's polycule at the time so obviously they were part of some massive conspiracy
• The judge conspires with the others to deny April and Kayla access to their attorney (Nick Rekieta) but gets felted by Nick's expert legal reasoning during the arraignment
• Aleisha Sweep commits perjury by saying Nick denied her access to the master bedroom. In reality, all Nick did was say "You don't need to come in here" and slammed the door in her face. She obviously was conspiring with the others.
• Nick's attorney in the CPS case conspired with the State to keep Nick from getting his kids back. We know this because the lawyer he was assigned works on many many CPS cases and is a walking malpractice factory for not citing rule of completeness at a stage where it didn't apply.

He has to create such an elaborate conspiracy against him because there is so much evidence against him that any non-retarded person can see that he is guilty of what he is being accused of.
