I really hate how he harps on the whole CPS exchange where the kids were basically asked:For context and clarity, here is the full Spectre vs. Rekieta exchange in one post. Archive links for Rekieta's posts can be found here, here, and here.

”Do you use drugs?”
”No.”
”So if you test positive, that means you were exposed to drugs by someone else?”
”Yes, it would come from someone else.”
THAT IS NOT COACHING. That is basic, basic questioning. If anyone has ever watched law streams covering trials, you’ll probably recall similar lines being used in questioning as if following a blueprint. That’s because it is a blueprint. Take the first half of that exchange, it implies that if they test positive then it’s because they were unknowingly exposed by a person or contaminated environment (which would be contaminated by someone else), because obviously there is no other way to have drugs in their system if the kid is denying personal drug use.
The second question puts that in writing, and also gives the kid another chance to think about if they know something more. It’s so standard I am in shock (not really, given how retarded he is) this is his main defence.
