Whether they'd win the lawsuit or not is one thing but either it's more than enough of a case to be a massive fucking hassle for everyone involved, this is why even big companies will usually jump through hoops to avoid lawsuits even if they know they'd most likely win with an army of lawyers. Also I think I remember one of the fish mentioning getting the contract the day they arrived, which wouldn't look good in court if true.

Probably not suing successfully, but anyone here should know being sued unsuccessfully sucks almost as bad, and this time around they picked people who actually have money (or their parents' money) and don't care if Sam hates them.
They didn't expect people to fight him so hardcore, all the broken plates, the tag teaming. It was a good time. And they still have another three weeks they have to get through and only four? contestants left? How the fuck are they going to keep them? Is Burt even really a contestant anymore?
Burt isn't a contestant, he's the main character. Everyone else just exists in his schizo universe.
That twist that was going to troll the audience that Luke mentioned in his stream was that we never really existed all along, we were just Burt's delusions
Him and a friend got pulled over by police while he had a sheet of acid on him. He put the acid in his friend's backpack. The police found it and he lied to the police about it so they took his friend to jail. Honestly really fucked up because his buddy may have gotten a felony for that.
This is true but at the same time considering Alex's father had the foresight to set up some conditions for his trust fund it seems like his parents/mother would be the type who might just be so ashamed of his behavior and public appearance already that they don't lift a single finger and don't want to get brought into this shit and hate that he mentions them all the time.
Alex isn't an issue, and I'm assuming that Symbol isn't or he'd have left already. The girls have the means (via parents) and motive to stay / get revenge.
