Sam on the other hand doesn't strike me as cruel or evil. He's fair in how he tests people and exposes them for who they really are; good or bad. Giving people opportunities to prove they can overcome adversity or improve themselves, or exposing liars and frauds and humbling them for it, all with absurdist comedy as a backdrop. That's where Fishtank shines. But the hardship and the chaos has to be justified otherwise its no better than your usual subversive Jewish garbage.

It's like there's two different categories of fishtank content. The big shit like challenges, screaming, fights, etc. and the little shit like Josie stimming the duck toy, morgue cam, orbs, Ian, shinji dark souls pose, etc. and people act like they're mutually exclusive or something.
