I doubt he is getting offered a deal anymore though he said he plans on negotiating one, presumably where he gets no jail time and no felony. With the Google and Ralph shenanigans I think he's out of luck for either of those. I don't think he'll get the book thrown at him but I'm certain if he takes this to trial he's getting a year in county jail. Or 364 days, however they do it so you aren't taken out of town to prison.
Tuesday will sort of be the time he gets his "best and final offer" for a settlement (mediated by the judge), and I almost expect him to take it, although I hope he doesn't. We can already assume he has rejected at least one settlement offer. Of course, they could come at him with a settlement offer at any time until he loses, but this is the last chance to save out on trial prep. Otherwise his trial will get scheduled on Tuesday. I am not sure the bodycam footage will become a matter of public record until trial, though.
