Bossman's drug charge has been set to "CERTIFIED TO GRAND JURY" meaning that the judge believes that a felony has been committed and bossman is culpable
Thanks for getting the official screenshots over into the main thread.

One point of order here for those who dont read the faggy legal thread is that there was no preliminary hearing. The defense WAIVED the preliminary hearing, meaning they themselves admit there is enough to state that a felony has been committed. I'm not sure if this was playing a little ball to get Austin out on bond and into rehab, or just so attorney Jones could go home sooner (Austin was his last of the morning).

When waiving the judge then asked Austin directly "do you know you could have had a hearing on this and you are giving up that right?". Austin didnt sseem to understand it really and kinda mumbled something I couldnt understand. The judge repeated that he "could have a hearing to determine if there was probable cause that this occured or it could be dismissed" and Austin said "Yes your honor". I dont believe Austin understood.

The only play I see happening here now is Austin goes to rehab, then gest to the circuit court and makes a case for the drug court "diversion" plan. Having already completed over 30 days in jail, and a rehab he would be just be set to probation at that point. (for the drug posession, unknown on the domestic violences).

OR they just dont care, Austin is already a felon so, whats one more?

Don't get me wrong; good for Bossman for getting out... but HOW? I thought to be let out, he need a bond for both the drug charge and the domestic... and the OTHER domestic. Did he already have bonds set for both DV charges, and they were just waiting on the possession/violation/eluding charges?

Is the rehab a 30 day sentence, or longer? His court date is in 2025, so I'm guessing rehab until then? (Unless he bosses it up again?)

Edited to Add: Almost forgot the most important question... when do we take the bars off?
