It's a bit broader than just doxxing, but as regards that subject, it seems to define it as publishing the personal information (defined as data "that enables the individual to be identified, contacted or located") of an individual or group with the intention of enabling targeted harassment, carrying a potential prison sentence of 6 or 7 years depending on if it's an individual or a group. IANAL, but that could perhaps hypothetically include publicly identifying an individual as having an account on a certain website and publicly calling for people to cease associating with them.
