How ironic considering he shows signs of having a full blown intellectual disability. In some countries, he'd have got proper testing in childhood and probably could get financial support from the government. Maybe if social programs and special education had intervened and given him help developing life skills such as relating to other people, personal hygiene and other skills he would be less of a waste of space but who really knows.
