When people start openly saying they are a sociopath and that they don't believe in kindness, that people are just there to be manipulated into getting what they want, that women are objects and not even people and are just sex objects I really doubt they have any hope for redemption.

Because forcing a news source that has no affiliation with the United States government to remove articles about expunged records is considered a violation of free speech. Your records can still be expunged, and show up on news sites, they just won't show up on an official government database.

I should've clarified a bit more. News sources can take it down by request for expunged records, however they have zero legal obligation to do so, and forcing them to do so would be considered a first amendment violation. Posting about a crime that happened, even if the records are expunged, does not constitute slander so there would be no grounds to force a news source to take it down.
