I would hope you paid attention whenever she mentioned having a favourite dish or how much she likes a particular restaurant and can put that information to good use. Even if you went with a basic ice cream tub idea, do you know her favourite brand and flavour? Chocolate might be a fairly safe bet, but I've known people who hated chocolate, for example.
