I think the substance abuse is 0.5x or less. They show up to their shows sober and if they were in it like Ralph, Rekieta, or RTU that probably wouldn't be the case. I'll keep it at half since I can't really comment on whether Andy truly is sober offstream, but they're functional and have continued to be for a while now, and their substance usage hasn't killed their viewership which is what happened to the others.

You could kind of count being fat as substance abuse but PPP doesn't seem to be getting fatter, and he isn't pounding burgers on stream or anything, so he's managing.

I'm not too sold on there being a huge bombshell they're concealing, I think it's more likely what others have speculated that Andy is being spergy and afraid to lose face.
