I'm really confused as to why the US state department didn't pull his passport after the Japan stunts.

It's not like you have a right to a US passport. They can pull them for any reason.
Why would they want to keep him in the country? When he leaves, he's someone else's problem for a few months.

Looks like South Korea's favourite nigger is down on some more charges, with even more serious ones to drop this upcoming week, including support of the DPRK where he played the North Korean anthem at top volume in a subway station, which considering the two countries are still formally at war even though not shooting at each other right now, is a national security crime and just public support carries up to a 7 year prison term.

He just can't help himself but make his situation worse.

Holy shit can they execute this nigger already? He gives all tourists from the West a bad name. Korea is an interesting country with relatively (for east Asia) normal people that I think more white folks should see.
niggers arent western and can never be western they are misplaced subhumans who should be resigned to 1x1 rooms until death

Call me MATI but I don't get how someone has yet to shoot this nigger in the head.
Notice how he isn't doing this in Brazil or even somewhere in Eastern Europe where you're gonna find a lot of people who give less fucks than you do. He's doing it in countries that are US allies that have law and order. Imagine him going to Pakistan and disrespecting islam with jeet shit. Some jihadi would kidnap and behead him straight up.

He's choosing easy mode.

The ideal time to have done that is Israel. "Oh sorry, we thought he was Hamas." His name is even Ramsey Khalid Ismael. Hell, I'd almost believe it.

Meanwhile, Japan and South Korea have super strict gun control laws and police shootings are rare.

I think we're generally okay when we actually want to motivate. But look at these cases. A lot of times, even all Americans think this dipshit just got what he had coming.

I don't think we should have gone to bat at all for Michael Fay. We should have told them to go wild. We should have lobbied them to DOUBLE his caning. Because fuck that vandal faggot.

Maybe fewer Americans would embarrass our country by going to other countries and committing crimes there if we did that.
Biden is also on his way out so this would be Trump's problem. Trump did pardon a bunch of rappers and drug traffickers on his way out last time (instead of his most loyal supporters) but I doubt he'll care much about this. It's not an easy win and like you said, everyone already hates this guy.

The only real problem I see with this guy having American citizenship is that most of his korean crimes aren't actually burgercrimes so if he gets any harsh punishment, they might earn a presidential scolding. Singapore intentionally went out of their way to make a show of Fay so tourists stop fucking around there. At least South Korea also doesn't have caning anymore, so they're less likely to set off a shitstorm with a disproportionate sentence. They're not going to roundhouse kick him and declare TND.

I think recording or streaming should be an aggravating factor for any crime, like how illegally possessing a firearm turns your slap on the wrist into a multi-year stay at the prison. Streaming in public should automatically put everyone around you into a self defense situation, and we can call it the "Tanner Cook Bill".

I fucking love it when entitled retards try their shit in other countries and discover that not everywhere has a dysfunctional criminal justice system.

As much as IANAL, I'm even less of a lawyer for foreign countries. Anyone here think he'll actually get years of prison in SK? Or will it be like this country where niggers get charged with all kinds of crimes and have a hearing but ultimately get a slap on the wrist?
It won't be like the US. He will be charged, he will be tried, and he will go to jail to send a message.
The question will be how much time.

Griner was arrested in a country that has... to put it mildly... extremely poor diplomatic relations with the U.S. right now. Russia ≠ South Korea.

I don't think he's completely untouchable. I just think the U.S. State Department will totally argue 7 years is excessive or some shit, and they won't give him that. The U.S. State department frequently meddles in these things.

I think the people here that are expecting the U.S. position to be "do what you want to this dumbass" are in for disappointment.
Griner also had a bunch of powerful people twisting Biden's nips, "muh homophobia". That shit still pissed me off.

But this is most likely how it does: He will be charged, he will do some of the time, and when everyone is looking the other way he will pardoned/paroled and kicked out forever.

Yeah, kinda sad that the natives in Japan didn't sock him even once, but rather only a single white dude did (as far as I know anyway).
In Japan, being the first to hit anyone opens you up to a world of Civil Liability hell so they are conditioned not to do it. Like in the US most people just won't want the assault charge and will move on but there is usually one drunk who will summon their inner nigger/trailertrash and go lay someone out if they don't have friends to reign them in. You just don't see that in Japan.
