Serious tooth infection can lead to life threatening conditions, it can rot your jaw bone and if the infection spreads to your bloodstream, induce heart attacks, stroke, septic shock and a crapload of stuff that could kill you.

I'm amazed that he hasn't yet done a root canal procedure. Perhaps his lost tooth was an emergency extraction and we don't know it... Root canal surgery is expensive, not to mention you'll need a GOOD endodontist. Regular dentists won't do this procedure, it's basically a surgery and requires a whole different setup to do properly. Raxxo ain't got money for that, he'll end up having to remove his teeth when shit hits the fan

Cavities are already creeping in. What does this mean for the future of content once he gets an abscessed tooth?

Will he appear on panels less because most days will be spent trying to sleep through the pain? Will there be an emergency room visit? Will Sally neglect him to the point he dies from sepsis and heart failure? Maybe we'll get some videos of him trying to pop the abscess with a stylus. Yes that stylus.

We know his teeth are fucked. Hes a dirty person. He eats shit and his diet mostly consist of faggo, hot pockets and what ill assume is literal slop. I aint no kiwi dentist, but all of that will culminate in some horrible mouth pain and alot of money from Sally's wasted on the goblin, all because he couldnt bother to clean his teeth daily and have a better eating habits.

That said i can already see him blaming the trolls for his tooth pains.

I think the goblin doesnt truly understand the consequences and repercussions(as he does) of having teeth fucked like that. He probably thinks that his teeths are fine or that he just have "dirty" teeth so he probably doesnt think too much of it. That or his mouth ranks low in his priorities list which is ironic since he sees himself as a singer, you would think his mouth would be the first thing to mantain. Even more hilarious that ive seen him complain more about his legs than his mouth.

From the way i see it's pretty close. Perhaps he already had tooth pain and ignored it, which is a bad decision. Like someone here on the thread commmented, i too ignored a chipped tooth and it developed a canal infection.

Your tooth will hurt when it develops root canal, as your tooth dies the pain subsides. The mistake is thinking that it's over, but it's because your tooth is dying. As the infection gets deep the pain will come back WAY worse. And that's when you'll have to rush to the endondotist to do a pulpectomy (aka root canal). That or yoink your toof out. Never ignore a chipped tooth.

@souschef already gave a good explanation, but my personal guess would be that Raxx's teeth are deformed, and might have stunted or misplaced nerves. Therefore I believe he can suffer massive cavities without experiencing typical discomfort, until the entire tooth snaps off.

Alternatively, he never eats anything that would cause any typical discomfort. No hot, no cold, nothing too hard, all slop foods.

Or he's always felt tooth pain, so he doesn't know if something is new.
