Fishtank is never going to be totally fair. If you want a fair competition you're watching the wrong show. That said, blatant unfairness bothers me and others. I've sperged about that in the past but the main issue is that Production needs to be careful about not making it completely unfair to the point where they're just picking a winner. In season 1, they did pretty well. Obviously Josie was held on to in the second half because they didn't want to get rid of her. Ultimately the final winner of the 1v1 was decided more or less fairly. I had more problems with S2 where Tay was set up for failure. But even this wasn't too bad because, though they were pushed by production, it was ultimately Shinji and TJ who decided to do what they did.

Now a lot of people are talking about just giving it to Luke (or Mizzy lol). For me this would cross a line. I get why people have turned against the remaining three Oldfish and I agree. But just handing it to Luke would throw any pretense of Fishtank being a genuine competition out the window. Brandon is obviously a creep but Production, choosing to go through Luke, totally shit the bed with their approach to stirring that pot.

We understand how children doing drag is setting them up for grooming. But not everyone does because, on the surface, it can seem like it's just fun and games. A photo of a child doing drag (like the one in Brandon's costume) is not nearly enough for someone with limited knowledge of what goes on with Desmond and the others to conclude how child drag is pedo enabling. It's absolutely no surprise that Normies reacted as they did. Even the picture of the child with the naked man can be written off as something Brandon himself had nothing to do with (Payton just said this in the confessional). Bad apples in child drag doesn't mean it's all bad, they might say (as Binx basically did). There's a (correct) counter argument that, if photos like that are being taken, Brandon should know the dangerous situations he is enabling and not support child drag. But that's an extra step which needs to be argued by someone who is persuasive and has extensive knowledge of the sketchiness that goes on with child drag.

But without that argument and a persuasive takedown of child drag, the jump that Luke/Production (and now also TTS) make from a) Brandon making a drag outfit for a kid to b) Brandon being an open pedophile comes off as absurd to the normie Fish (new and old). They're overstating their case to Normies. Do I think Brandon is a pedo? Probably. He's definitely a creep. But most people who are fine with child drag are not pedos. They're just naive and lack information. That's certainly the case with all the Fish supporting Brandon. I absolutely do not give the same benefit of the doubt to Brandon as he is actively involved in child drag so ignorance is not an excuse. It was from the wayback archives, from the house of mann or whatever, their drag house. I think the kid was posing with one of the other drag performers and he had his dick out or in some kind of mesh fabric. Sam was describing it, I have it recorded but I can't clip remotely (at work atm). Basically the drag house had a store, and they had pictures of harnesses, pasties, underwear, and the child was featured in some of that.
