Not much but when he heard that they would test him for drugs, he shaved his head. Perhaps they might toss destroying evidence as charges?

That is not much better. The main difference is that there is the option to learn Korean. Apart from that, it is probably identical to the normal ones. That being said, the guards do not live under a rock. They will be more hostile to him than any other guy in there. And his prison mates will have a bitch that the guards do not care about. Johnny is about to be a comfort wife.

Obviously I know nothing about the ROK legal system. Unless you're on parole/probation for a previous conviction in the States failing a drug test means about fuck all. Can he be criminally convicted for testing positive for a narcotic there?

What the hell is wrong with this tard?
He gets paid for being as obnoxious as possible.

South Korea should go after Johnny's pay pigs.

Remember, someone paid for Johnny's speaker to state "I have a bomb" repeatedly on a subway train. Someone paid for porn noises to be played at a children's amusement park around kids.

I know that odds are slim that they would be extradited. Admittedly some of what they did are extraditable crimes. But their names are likely tied to their payment methods and can be subpoenaed from the companies.

South Korea should find out who Johnny's pay pigs are, and put out arrest warrants for them. Hell, go ahead and request extradition. South Korea may not get their hands on them. But they will never be able to visit South Korea. And it may screw up their ability to travel to different countries.

How is the Korean prison system?

All I know is that if the US prison system could fix Niggers we won't be in the mess we are in with violent crime.

I hope they give Mr. Johnny "Attention Seeker" Somali a few years in solitary confinement.
Well the Seoul Detention Center has 1500 prisoners and one doctor and an execution chamber. Once notorious US prisons like San Quentin might be where Johnny might pray to be sent (some countries do transfer prisoners back to their home country provided they serve their time). Ethiopian (he's apparently solely of that ethnicity) prisons mightn't seem too bad.

Looks like South Korea's favourite nigger is down on some more charges, with even more serious ones to drop this upcoming week, including support of the DPRK where he played the North Korean anthem at top volume in a subway station, which considering the two countries are still formally at war even though not shooting at each other right now, is a national security crime and just public support carries up to a 7 year prison term.

If he gets out of this scott-free, the public is going to go apeshit. He'll get ruined in the streets by "roof" Koreans. They'll find his body in some remote village and everyone in it will be like: "yeah we saw nothing".

They already drug tested him over a month ago, multiple times. All were negative but one (which could be a false positive) so it was sent to national lab for testing, which came back negative last week and the hold on his passport was removed.
True but he shaved his head. Perhaps he knew he would fail it this time?

Different countries have different laws. The only things I know are the stuff I learned from Legal Mindset who is both a lawyer and has lived in Korea.

He had already bleached three times over prior to that, he more likely cut it and dyed it black again because 1) its cheaper to dye short hair 2) so he stands out less, not that it matters with a cap on

Can also take hair from anywhere on the body

Don't believe he is smart enough to learn Korean beyond a few words, maybe learn Hangul.

Johnny is not the smartest man. He could have shaved for any reason. The point is that SK wants to keep drug testing him and this does not help his image. They can just assume that he tried to evade a test and his lying ass can do nothing about it. His word means nothing at this point.

Who cares? The point is that foreigner prisons are little better than the normal ones.

He promised his viewers he would molest the statues again. He better not keep them waiting.

They don't have any reason to continue drug testing him. He didn't actually even need to be drug tested in the first place, it was completely voluntary and he went along with it because his handler Hank told him to.
The whole thing came about because some Korean boomer said he was smoking a THC vape and growing weed in Hanks apartment. Hank let them search his apartment with no warrant because he had nothing to hide.
Hair testing at this point would be pointless considering hes already been in the country for 2+ months
