It's a nicknamed she picked up back during the days of ME2/3 because she cried about soggy knees in Bioware and gaming. And yes, it's a reference to how she's fat (back in those days when being fat is considered bad).

Also it's Hepler, not Helper, after her name, Jennifer Hepler.
I see, thanks for clarification.

I just noticed one thing that really pisses me off. When meeting the "Inquisitor" and him mentioning all the people that were key to his success they purposefully omit mentioning Iron Bull. They obviously did that because of what can happen in the Trespasser DLC if you make certain choices earlier in the main game. However, that was yet another decision that was saved in the Dragon Age Keep! Yet another opportunity where they chose to ignore a pivotal decision and could have made the call back to Inquisition more impactful, and they dropped it like a turd off of an overpass. I hope the tranny assholes that worked on Veilguard get clocked by every single person they ever meet and get misgendered every single day of the rest of their hopefully short life.

Here is the meeting with the Inquisitor:

I accepted this game was going to be a shitshow a long time ago, but even in my lowest, most cynical expectations I did not anticipate they'd look at all the work, care, and respect for player choice that went into the creation of the Keep and just say, "Eh, fuck it, too much work."

I genuinely hated every minute of Baldur’s Gate 3. And I played it start to finish 3 times. Bad story, horrifically boring gameplay(turn based RPGs are my favorite genre, this one is just awful), terrible cast of characters, ugliest character designs I’ve ever seen, and choices that didn’t feel like they mattered all that much. But even that game still had the scene where you kick the squirrel, which legit made me fall out of my chair laughing when I first encountered it.

I’ve watched full gameplay of veilguard(I do not give EA money and haven’t touched a game they published since 2005) and this game doesn’t even have that. This might genuinely be the most soulless unlikeable game in history. Even bad games have something worth looking them for. Even concord had meme appeal. This has nothing

Why would you play it 3 times?

Why would you play it 3 times?
Because everyone kept saying “it only gets good if you do X”
And if I don’t do X, then I can’t really judge it.
I had to do the same shit with Nier automata before people would actually believe that I played and hated that stupid game. I’m still positive if it didn’t have the robot waifus, nobody would like that game. It’s genuinely terrible

Thats retarded.

If I don't like a thing, I don't do it. I don't give a shit what others think.

I would be lying if I said I wasn't a little envious, that Solavellan fans got their sunset walkoff ending.

Why can't my HoF get that with Leliana? Or Hawke with Fenris?

Bioware gave one romance ship and one romance ship only-a satisfactory ending.

I suppose if you were one of the fangirls obsessing over the bald egg, with your custom made Lavellan, you'd be happy-which is great. But as someone who did actually like DA romances, its frustrating they get such a rosy ending-basically handed on a silver platter, whereas no one else got anything like that. Bioware made an ending just for them.

Well, i got Alistair exiled.
It's interesting how he can be butthurted by sparing Loghain's life and forced to do the Joining.
Like, bitch; i'm doing a Right of Conscription with near to nothing Grey Wardens in service. Loghain hunted them. Now being a Grey Warden is somewhat ironic and humillating for him.
Alistair's sense of honor is his entire arc? Let him being king felt a little empty. Now being exiled for some reason feels more natural.

Don't worry. Given where DA canon is going, it's practically inevitable that, at some point, Solas and his elf nigress troon out and join a polycule.

He gets over it if you hardened him.

he loves duncan a little too much, you see
I find Loghain living and forced to work in Orlais while I bang his daughter way more amusing, at least as a noble.

On a somewhat related note, Cailan did nothing wrong and is more savvy than anyone in the game gave him credit for. The one mistake he made was underestimating just how much his father-in-law hated the French. Risk the entire fucking country getting raped and cannibalized just so they don't get it, holy shit. Loghain did everything wrong.

Actually, i hardened him.
But support Anora before. And kept that choice to the end.
He suggested being king by default, which has surprising.
Ah, maybe the other prerequisite is him marrying Anora then. He becomes king and gets over it during the coronation/ceremony. That's the ending I've gotten for him the last few runs. The Warden runs off with Morrigan naturally.

He's right about a lot of points, but executed pretty badly.
