Wonderful news! I seem to recall Barack Hussein Obongo saying "elections have consequences."

It'll never not amaze me how people that have autism, and other mental disorders can't join the military because they can't meet the demands of the services and yet mentally ill people that need their "life saving care" otherwise they'll kill themselves are allowed in. What happens when a TIM is on a month long mission in the military but ran out of HRT? Considering we are told that "Trans people will die without this care" then is the guy going to lose it and kill himself? Someone please make it make sense.

Supposedly troons who amputate their penises are disqualified from military service.

Hahahaha not a single person here thinks he’ll permanently leave twitter. Amazing.
We all know he'll come back eventually --he can't live without the ability to play perpetual victim after getting routinely BTFO'd by his various nemeses quote-tweeting his bullshit-- but I think the more pertinent discussion is what will his excuse be?

I'm personally opting for he'll slither back onto the platform in a couple weeks and delete his tearful goodbye thread, then refuse to acknowledge he ever left going forward.

He has officially left Twitter. :optimistic:
He is just mad that Twitter throttled his outbound links to his blog.

No, I absolutely believe this. Remember that the typical autogynephile (up until about 10 years ago, anyway, when their numbers started getting diluted by Reddit autists with anime avatars) is typically high-T and ambitious, and is often found in hypermasculine careers. Hugely disproportionate in the military, as well as in professions like engineering.

Notice that Tony let slip that DC has the highest percentage of troons in the US, as well (not sure how he squares that with them being a tiny oppressed minority). They're overrepresented in DC because DC is full of very ambitious high-achieving men, and that means it's also teeming with autogynephilia.

This is a huge reason the trannies gained so much power so quickly, by the way. People were so busy fretting about Jews and Freemasons that they missed the real power pulling politicians' strings behind the scenes: men who like to steal their wives' panties.

Jay Edgar Hoover was rumored to be an extremely deviant pervert, and most notably, a cross dresser. In his day, he was one of the most powerful men in Washington, and had more staying power than the Presidents he served under. It really seems like he's a role model for the disgusting creeps we have running the show today.

The court's deeply flawed reasoning turns on the fact that the troons has already been on the team for two years, therefore, it is totally cool.
It's also in the Tenth Circuit. I don't see the Tenth Circuit upholding a loony toons ruling like this.

"Your husband has been beating you for two years so it's groovy."

Incidentally the plaintiffs are wasting no time and have already filed a notice of appeal, the same day as this ruling.

Also, the judge, S. Kato Crews (yes you can tell his race just from the name), is a Biden appointee who just took office January of this year. I'm pretty sure he would have had to have passed the troonery question with flying colors, and be willing to rule for a troon for any reason, even flying in the face of the explicit statutory language of Title IX, which mentions sex, but nothing whatsoever about troonery.

If you read the actual ruling, the looney tunes Judge cited Bostock half a dozen times. Bostock itself and subsequent case law are very clear that it does not apply to anyhting other than Title VII claims.

Another thing. The season this lawsuit is about starts November 27, the day before Thanksgiving and the day after tomorrow. So the imminent harm sought to be prevented can't really be undone at that point. I'm sure it's totally coincidental to release the order today, such that even after what is admittedly a highly accelerated briefing schedule, it's going to be very difficult for the Tenth Circuit to fix.

It's not about sports. Or dressing rooms. Or even bathrooms. It's about men invading our single-sex spaces. It just happens that those spaces are sports and dressing rooms and bathrooms.

It's interesting seeing people whatabout passing trans men in women's spaces. They recognize that people who look male in our spaces is scary and harmful. But they never think to apply that to actual men. Women can be made to look like men, but men can never be made to look like women. Not even by the CIA.

But they never think to apply that to actual men

I think the answer to this conundrum lies in the deluded way that trannies like Tony and Big Al see themselves. They have convinced themselves (wrongly) that they all pass by wide margins. Not ony do they pass, but they are more attractive and more feminine than the actual women they are larping on. This persisitent delusion serves as a mental block that prevents them from even conceptualizing that they are arguing against their own position when the bring up Buck Angel in the bathroom.

I mean, it sorta is about those things. You can't handwave away the specifics away entirely.

Since the seventies, a good twenty years before I was born, American society has been gradually moving towards sex neutrality both legally but also socially, for basically any issue that matters.

We can quarrel and argue about who exactly was responsible for that trend (lots of neckbeards will blame women for dissolving male spaces, but I think it's unfair to blame feminists entirely for that), but regardless, it's simply true that that social+legal trajectory has been existing for a long time.

So if men can't have their own spaces, have to compete with women for employment, women's small businesses receiving special grants, women still getting their own sport scholarships, etc, etc then I don't think it's unreasonable for men to ask for an internally consistent rationale for these policies.

"Just cuz" isn't good enough.

Now, I don't think the explanation needs to be elaborate. Bathrooms are easy: male people commit the vast majority of violent and sexual crime and access to single sex intimate spaces are essential for women to comfortably participate in society.

Sports isn't a difficult issue either. The real justification for sports scholarships is to enable poor kids to attend college. The competition aspect is largely incidental. Thus women deserve a fair share of sports scholarships, which means separate competitions are important.

Now I don't think we need to abolish all sex distinctions in society to achieve fairness. I hope my fellow men aren't petty enough to try and outlaw, say, women's nights at bars or whatever. But I don't think it's unreasonable for men to ask for some kind of explanation for continuing sex distinctions in society.

The red light and funeral attire are a nice touch for Tony's sperg out about n upcoming bathroom ban for all federal properties.

Wait until our intrepid chernsgenger blogger finds out a judge just ruled that there is no consensus at all.

“I’m extremely proud of the thousands of hours my office put in to shine a light on the lack of evidence supporting these irreversible procedures," Bailey said. "We will never stop fighting to ensure Missouri is the safest state in the nation for children.” Every major medical organization, including the American Medical Association, has opposed the bans on gender-affirming care for minors and supported the medical care for youth when administered appropriately. Lambda Legal and the ACLU of Missouri, which are representing the plaintiffs who sued to overturn the law, on Monday said they will appeal the ruling. Missouri is among at least 26 states that have adopted laws restricting or banning gender-affirming medical care for transgender minors. Federal judges have struck down the bans in Arkansas and Florida as unconstitutional, though a federal appeals court has stayed the Florida ruling. A judge’s orders is in place temporarily blocking enforcement of the ban in Montana. New Hampshire restrictions are to take effect in January 2025.

The Missouri law banned gender-affirming surgeries for children and teenagers under the age of 18, as well as hormones and puberty blockers for minors who had not started those treatments as of August 2023. The law expires in August 2027. These treatments are accepted by major medical groups as evidence-based care that transgender people should be able to access. Most adults still are allowed to access gender-affirming health care under the Missouri law, but Medicaid won’t cover it. The plaintiffs, including family of several teenagers who are transgender, argued the law takes away medically necessary treatments from transgender minors while still allowing other children to access similar surgeries and medications.

Wright County Circuit Court Judge Craig Carter disagreed. In his ruling,
the southern Missouri judge wrote that he believes there's “an almost total lack of consensus as to the medical ethics of adolescent gender dysphoria treatment.”

“The evidence at trial showed severe disagreement as to whether adolescent gender dysphoria drug and surgical treatment was ethical at all, and if so, what amount of treatment was ethically allowable,” Carter wrote.

Missouri judge says a law banning surgery, medications for transgender minors is constitutional
