Anyway, you're failing to understand a fundamental issue. Yes poses aren't copyrighted, but it's still a type of plagiarism frown upon in any art community, also if you made a work that closely resembles the work of someone else (especially from someone you're familiar with) it's not unreasonable for people to believe you lifted their work or used it some capacity.
