Yes, check his thread the stuff Useful_Mistake just posted, and the Torswats thread. Several people have gotten letters from the DoJ confirming that Torswats was responsible for their swattings.

Edit: Ninja'd
Oh that i saw, i thought it was balldo related letter for a moment

Nick says "say hello to my little friend" but he's talking about his tiny penis, because he doesn't have a big gun (the cops took those).
He flashes the SWAT team and attempts to jerk off in front of them

It doesn't work and he goes to prison
Were probably gonna get the Goodfellas ending.
Can we get the Layla scene instead?

That guy was fuckin hilarious. Just the way he walked up to Ralph still to this day has me in a chokehold. The way that he made Ralph look weaker than Cog did in Portugal.
The most kino part is how flustered Ralph was.
“Hey are you ralph”
“N-no I’m not Ethan Oliver Ralph of the killstream, son of Ronny Ralph the great… I’m uhhhh Jcaeser”

My money is on a disagreement between guilty/no-contest/Alford or trying to get out of an allocution. Nick could still cling to his various copes as long as it isn't an outright guilty plea. That'd probably be more important to Nick's narcissism than eliminating one or more specific charges. If I'm the prosecution in this case I'm pushing for him owning his guilt in explicit detail to put an end to his claims of some overarching conspiracy.

So if it's going to trial, will Rekeita attempt to get a bench trial just to avoid the slightest possibility of a Kiwi getting on the jury?

So if it's going to trial, will Rekeita attempt to get a bench trial just to avoid the slightest possibility of a Kiwi getting on the jury? Or are they gonna have to ask every juror if they know what balldo is as a disqualifying question?
What he really needs to look out for are Steel Toe listeners. I've heard they're legion in Kandiyohi County. I think Nick should conduct his own jury voir dire to make sure nobody is trying to swing it for the Toe. Then he'd really be owning us.

Basically Kayla lawyer saying the coke on Rekieta nose that it was Kayfabe ? This argument is just as bad as Nick Lawyer.
Nick himself tweeted a few weeks ago that the coke stream was a comedy set which backfired, a straw at which he decided to grasp only after his attempts to have his case dismissed failed. Claiming it was all a joke sounds like something Melton would advise.

They are accusing a potential witness in the case of being behind swatting calls, without providing any evidence or even a timeline of these incidents to show they happened after the "falling out".
Nick's favourite cop mentioned in his statement that he'd previously met Nick in person when attending the residence in relation to a swatting. Of course Nick could have been swatted on multiple occasions.

The actual discussion parts of settlement conferences are typically held in the judge's chambers and off the record, before a judge who will not be the trial judge. Discussions there are confidential to allow for full candor. The court appearance part would be for reading any agreement into the record as a basis for the written order submitted later. If there's no agreement, there's no need for courtroom proceedings.

>the deputy could've just as easily justified a search on Al Pacino's office on Scarface
what the fuck.

Anyone have a link to the actual memorandum? I wanna read it on my own.
All I know is when your case is so bad you're comparing your client to Scarface, you're FUCKED.
Ngl, that's not even the craziest argument I've seen. This made its way all the way up the the Supreme Court of Montana. The case is State v. Belanus, 2010 MT 204, 357 Mont. 463, or at least that's the cite I got off it by the computer.
