I'll admit I'm pretty damn torn about the whole Torswats/Rick thing. Not because I think he didn't do it (all the evidence appears to tilt that way, so I'd rate it around a 85% tilting towards 90) but because if the feds drag him through the system, his milk supply will drastically change.

I have little doubt that once anything gets public with the feds that the funsters and twitter pokers will go after him (Oh god I want to see what LESLAAAAY says if this comes to light, my sides will become a weapon to surpass Metal Gear) and he'll have some magnificent spergouts. The milk will flood and wash over this land and it shall be magnificent...

Until he gets shoved into the Prison (which he will enjoy) system. The Feds are far less kind than local county or state prosecutors and tend to be real ball busters. So I would be expecting him to get at least some time in the federal pen. If this happens, I suspect the supply of milk from Pat will end entirely. Yes, he will come back to Twitter, but will he have changed? Will a year or two in Stalker Child Prison change Pat? Or will he hop right back in to #Resist #Drumpfler or whatever hashtag is popular?

I think the best we can hope for (assuming the fed case nails him to the floor) would be a judge with a sense of cruel irony, wherein he gives Pat a long, alcohol-free probation, and a LOT of public apologies and admitting guilt. And having to do so on all his social media. I think this would be the milkiest, most hilarious result.
