If she had reactivated and changed her name, or simply changed her name, what you normally see is that at least one of the simps will ask "why did you change your name from 'RoseIsCumming'", but it's pretty much just radio silence, no one ever mentioned her again.
If I'm not mistaken I must have 100% followed her account, as I kept tabs on Tiny's following to see if a new account with a new name appeared for a while, as I would know that she had reactivated and changed her name.

What I find of her behaviour to be the most off-putting is that she clearly has extremely low self-esteem, I'll elaborate.

Let's use Kelly Jean as an example. There is a fair argument buried in here. The problem is that I don't believe you, or anyone else on the farms, can be consistent with it.
