Tomorrow is officially my 3rd week of being post op. Honestly it feels like it's already been a few months. Still on the 4x dilations grind but I'm at the blue dialator only 2.5 dots in but I feel the rest is my pelvic floor muscles. Still swelling near the stitches and my urethra is a little too deep, but the surgeon said that is within normal boundaries. Overall my healing is doing well but it's definitely more painful without the good medication. Lidocaine on the dilator helps me slip past the touchy spots.

Peeing is still a struggle with my swollen bits, sometimes I get a nice stream, but it usually like to dance around my nether regions and soak me with pee. I can finally stop the tube douche with vinegar, and I've been green lit for the peri bottle in the shower.

Any tips at this point for me? I'm doing my best.

It reminds me of the bad anatomy sometimes seen in drawn porn made by men, who put the vagina too high up in the place where the penis would be because they've never seen a naked woman in their life. Considering how complicated and delicate the musculoskeletal structures of the hands and fingers are, I can almost guarantee it will be an orthopedic disaster. There is a reason why hand injuries are so serious and require highly-specialized surgical repair as even minor damage can cause significant loss-of-function.

I can only imagine the ridiculous complications that would happen from trying to trim the phalanges and metacarpals of the fingers for "feminizing" hand surgery, and you could probably still tell that they were male hands.

At this rate "feminizing" foot surgery would not be far off, either, which might look like a modern version of the Chinese practice of foot-binding.

Here is something to be thankful for on Thanksgiving this year...be thankful you are not a medically-transitioning troon/pooner.
