It's crazy how she can publicly (kinda) post pics like these, and at the same time LARP that she's an actual physical caretaker for her child, that she cooks, even that she has anything resembling a normal sex life, even 'alone'. Welp, seems like we’ve solved the mystery of why Ari went to live with Alex’s mom. Alex did a Q&A in which she said that Noah is not allowed to see Ari because he tested positive for fent during DCFS visit. She also confirmed that he was never listed on the birth certificate because he was in rehab when it was issued, and he’s never been made a legal parent. She also has not put together a reliable full time care team for herself. So it sounds like Ari was with the Smiths until Noah had to move back in with them, and then Alex’s mom had to take her because Noah can’t live with Ari and Alex doesn’t have the necessary caregivers to keep Ari with her.

This still doesn’t totally explain why she was being so cagey about Ari living with her mom, though; I suspect we’re still missing some part of the story. She claims she has full legal custody.

Alex did an Instagram stories Q&A. She's clearly salty about Noah's new relationship and trashed him completely (not that he doesn't deserve it). We learn that Noah legally can't see Ari because he tested positive for fent during a random CPS/DCFS visit. Salina is still the only caretaker on board. Alex is very cagey about where Ari is most of the time and who's looking after her; she wants it to sound like she's the only caretaker, but it's clear that the Smiths are involved. She tells us-- as we already knew-- that Noah isn't on the birth certificate (she doesn't mention it here, but he's since had a paternity test done to establish that he's the father).

She's hiding some truths to make herself look better, and she's obviously not telling the whole story. They're both terrible people who should never have had a child together, and they don't deserve their beautiful little girl, who is clearly a pawn in their little cluster B game.
