He said he has some auto immune disease, that was the reason he was going blind, it was attacking his eyes. Syphillis is another distinct possibility, he has weird lesions on his face and Syphillis causes insanity in later stages, and he's definitely insane, but I think he'd look far worse if he actually had either AIDS or Syphillis at this point.

I remember reading something about syphilis increasing the chance of getting AIDs.

Maybe he has both?

He might not look “so bad” because he slathers himself with all that atrocious lipstick and stage make up, but the lesions are starting to show through.

The autoimmune diseases that tend to target the eyes as part of the fucking up they do to your body usually cause redness, dry eye and conjunctivitis, vision loss is rare (and when it occurs, manageable and treatable) unless it's something that specifically goes for the eyes like autoimmune retinopathy, which in on itself is a rare condition.

Either he's exaggerating as troons are wont to do or God decided to personally fuck his shit up by making him win the AID lottery.

Alternatively he just isn't treating and managing his disease, in which case I would think going blind is the least of his worries.

Maybe the reason he wears it for 48+ hours like the gross gremlin that he is is that he's trying to make the boxes of discontinued lipstick last.

Sounds like torture no matter how good the lipstick is, coupled with his alleged autoimmune disease and pore clogging from makeup causing inflammation I'm surprised this nigga doesn't have fish lips.

He said it was exacerbated by stress, which is why the joke was that reading his thread was destroying his eyesight.
Everytime he reads his thread he gets stressed out, so his body identified his eyes as the cause of that stress and was trying to save him from himself by destroying his vision to stop him seething.

The exact name of his condition is mention in his thread somewhere. Supposedly according to Liz it's currently in remission, but like all Trannies, Dong Gone is a lying liar who lies, so who knows what the truth is. He certainly has some kind of problem, whether he exaggerated it for ass pats or is now down playing it because he saw how much mirth it was causing us is anyone's guess.

Personally I just like the image of a totally blind Liz, stumbling around trying to find his dilator in a dark room while his PC set to TTS reads him posts from his thread, causing him to howl in rage and frustration.
It's a cozy image.
