Their jurisdiction to compel him is questionable. He's out of state, he didn't do anything wrong to receive the unsolicited pic, and so far as I know, has no ties to Minnesota or presence there sufficient to confer personal jurisdiction.

I think that's more likely than Minnesota being able to compel it. I also think if he ended up testifying but wasn't cool with doing it, the defense could probably get some favorable testimony out of him, i.e. as to this dippy felony overcharging, since it's pretty obvious it wasn't done with harassment intentions, as it would be had he actually posted it directly to his stream along with nasty comments.
I stopped watching full KC episodes a while back, and only ever watch clips now (mainly the Rekieta ones), but this Metokur Masochist crap, along with the fact they have now lied about Nick pleading guilty twice now (he probably will, but it's premature), makes me want to not even watch the clips anymore.

It's enough to make me want to ease out of the KC clips too. I find the show unwatchable but the clips very enjoyable at times, also helps you get to curate the content, pick 'n choose. But they keep making these grandiose statements on Rekieta again and again, it gets grating. I dislike the guy too, but this does not actually felt him, it just makes it easier for him and his to discount them.
