Yeah I see nothing wrong with charging back if they promised a timeframe and didn't deliver. Maybe they should try delivering their product as described next time.

Nigga you didn't sign a contract for 42 days of Fishtank so they have no obligation to you. You did agree to a 6 month, possibly recurring, subscription for $60 however.

Also, if you bought the season pass, you got tokens included, and you also got a free TTS token in your email this season, so you could send two TTSs, and there was no need to charge back SHIT if you sent your first TTS. You're just assmad shit didn't go the way you wanted it to. Has fuck all to do with "contractual obligations"; if it did, you'd only ask for a small portion of what you spent back. Insufferable.

There was never any documentation on the site or the initial payment disclosures that guaranteed the season would last 6 weeks. That was based on the Fish's maximum contract lengths and verbal statements. They always had the legal right to end it early.

To be fair, I do think Binx could genuinely launch a streaming career off of this. She was already working at it, and now ironically has simps that would follow her along. If she isn't a complete retard, she could make this work. I mean shit, look at people in this very thread that follow what people from S1 are doing!

I find the wording strange. "Famous House" was the gaslight TV show they all joined. Binx winning "Famous House" means she won the gaslight fake show. It should say "BINX HAS WON FISHTANK" if it was real. (I believe that it is all a gaslight personally, but this was worth noting.)
