Maybe I'm just pessimistic but this was made by a retard (shister) who basically milks drama like all the rest so I don't see the difference. Who also has country-humans as their persona all while talking over a speedpaint so I would take everything they say with a grain of salt. They said the basic summary of the issues so I don't think it stands out personally.

As for the toyhouse thing above I'm not bothered to qoute, I think it's pretty obvious Birdie is trying to lay low until people either forget or she comes up with a good enough apology. Only time will tell I guess.

Within a second and already starting off with "I have a neurological condition >_<.. sowwy!!" Oh my God. Anyways, a summary and some highlights of the video.
  • The video starts with her saying Sophia's allegations against Synni "have some weight" to them, then immediately calls Synni an abuser.
  • Shister keeps saying "I don't support Birdie" but makes excuses for her, i.e. that she responds to all fan art so that means it's okay she responded to the 15 y/o's hypersona art. Says she isn't a groomer because she wasn't engaging with the 15 y/o in private, but is irresponsible.
  • Now going into the Dragy stuff. She's fencesitting hard, she seems to be on Dragy's side and agrees Sophia is in the wrong. But then goes onto say "I'm not comfortable with labelling it as grooming! There's not enough context! He broke up with them within a week, so he knew it was wrong! Just my opinion!" Also admits she was a member of DiCE. Not surprised.
  • Says Sophia breaking up with Dragy indicates "good intentions" and that she should be held accountable. Saying Sophia had good intentions at any point in this situation is just... wrong.
  • Says "If there was more context/evidence that implies that manipulation/something more sinister was going on, that would definitely help", "It doesn't seem like grooming, it just seems like a really poor judgement made by Birdie" contradicts herself by saying "There's a lot of context that suggests grooming, it's possible, but it doesn't seem like that from everything that's being said"
  • Reiterates that Dragy doesn't label the situation as grooming, that she believes Dragy is a victim "in some sort of way". She keeps saying that she'll believe it's grooming if there was more evidence, and that Sophia choosing to date Dragy was a "spur of the moment thing, so I guess it's not grooming" I'm getting a headache trying to understand what this person is trying to say.
  • She says this is her current observation with everything available to her... then shows one screenshot (where Sophia mocks Dragy's experience) and says "whilst they may seem like they're trying to bring Birdie down, they probably are hurt from this" What is this logic? If we're to go with it, then any accusation Sophia's made can be chalked up to trying to bring someone else down. She seems to have some double standards with Sophia and her accusers.
  • The zoophilia segment is a nothingburger. Says Sophia didn't do it, then plays a clip from the comeback video where it's addressed. Nothing else to it. Excuses it by saying Sophia was groomed/coerced into doing it.
  • 16+ account segment. Says Sophia is irresponsible with checking ages, also shows a screenshot of her interacting with minors under a NSFW drawing she posted on her Xitter. Says Sophia should adjust her account to 18+ audiences, just like the zoophilia segment this is a nothingburger.
  • End of video she says she personally doesn't think Sophia has groomed anyone with everything she has found, but that opinion is subject to change if there is evidence of manipulation. And that she needs to be more responsible when commenting on fan art. Thank God it's over.
There are a lot of problems with this video. Every sentence is fluffed out, she can't say anything with her chest and with her insistence on there not being enough evidence, it doesn't seem like she researched this at all. She said she can't read off scripts because of her neurological condition, and that is very apparent because she rambles and talks in circles a lot. It's hypocritical of her to say Synni abused Sophia when there was little to no proof, and then saying there isn't enough evidence against Sophia when there's practically a mountain of it that's accumulated over the years. Her saying that this is her observation from what she's found stood out to me for that reason.
Also this pinned comment. "uncomfortable sharing accusations without proof", there IS proof. You just couldn't be arsed to find it. Also LOL at trying to be unbiased, by being unbiased she made herself look spineless and insecure. Even sounding like she was defending Sophia at points, so cheers.

No one else seemed to have archived it, so here. Sorry for the long post, don't want to sound MATI at any point during this but I had to replay a lot of moments because Shister talks in circles and says things that mean nothing. I don't think it's the neurological condition causing that, Shister just doesn't know what she's talking about.

IN the birdie and dragy screenshots, birdie indirectly admits to breaking up with dragy because they were most likely using them as a substitute for jay (i could be wrong on that, but i’m pretty sure that’s right. either way it was someone birdie was obsessed with at the time) due to her immediately gooning over jay a day after their breakup, and dragy confronted her about it
birdie sent dragy porn, birdie used dragy as an outlet, she clearly didn’t have good intentions.

to be completely fair, with the reputation kiwifarms has, i dont know if people even know there's a thread here on birdie. most people (especially on twitter) seem to think its exclusively for doxxing people known to frequently show their face and do tons of wacky shit in real life anyways. i myself defended birdie to others at first due to not having the full context of this scenario which is very much present in this thread. it's very hard to find people who don't act hysterical and mess up what theyre saying on sites like twitter and youtube. i think the thing that really did it in for me was seeing this video (below) the second i opened the thread, perhaps someone can direct them here??
