Jimmy Aiken has done more to defend the faith and communicate the often complex and nuanced positions of The Church in a positive, digestible way than anybody affiliated with Nick or AF as a whole ever have or ever will. I'm a bit curious as to why the terminally-online Thomist types seem to be the most adamant in their support for Nick. Maybe it's because neoscholasticism lends itself well to autistic people (though as always, what St. Thomas Aquinas actually wrote and said is often quite different from the conclusions made by many his followers/the manualists) being able to argue their way to any conclusion through endless distinctions.
