What the left doesn't realize is Biden pardoning his son can be used by Trump as leverage with the elites if and when he pardons J6th prisoners.

I get dabbing on the hierocracy a little bit, I mean it's not a politically good look for the left but at the end of the day what happens if Hunter gets sentenced instead? I'm not really sure now that I think of it, I kind of assumed he'd just have to fork over a bunch of money, maybe sit in a boring chair as community service or spend a small amount of time in the prison from Goodfellas. Hell if he did that he'd be able to saunter out and say, "I did the crime and I did the time". All this pardon really does is make the Democrats look bad again if even that.

Exactly. Stopping them isn't enough, they keep doing this and they keep escalating because there is never any downside except failure. Its long been past the time for firings, fining, and civil penalties - permanent criminal repercussions must follow to stop this cycle of escalation.

I am 100% in favor of the death penalty for any government malfeasance, maybe the sight of these corrupt villains swinging in the breeze will make future 'civil servants' think twice about betraying their country.

The pardon is not about the tax and drugs shit

It's about all the stuff Hunter did for the Big Guy while Biden was VP. The pardon goes back to Jan 1 2014 if it was just the current small tier shit Hunter would be best off jut eating the charge, it's not like he'd get any real jail time for it.

Nah this is all about the past corruption from China and Ukraine while Biden was VP. With Trump turning the DoJ over it's not unthinkable that whoever ends up as Special Prosecutor would find some pretty damning shit. Doing 5 months probation would be a cakewalk...doing 15 years for accepting bribes would be something else entirely.

Not to mention the knock on effect it would have on the Obama legacy and the DNC

I'm 100% sure this shit had almost nothing to do with the tax evasion or drugs and is all about making sure all that sweet sweet grift money the Biden's got stay's safe. If anything, it admits the Democrats are not perfect in a way that is completely impossible to lie or ignore. Almost anything documenting the many, many different crimes the Democrats have done can be debunked or ignored; but a Presidential Pardon is big enough that they can't pretend it didn't happen and by it's very nature admits there is something illegal that needs to be pardoned. It being a ten year pardon doesn't help.

At the end of the day the liberals will do everything they can to make up lies and ignore inconvenient details that go against their worldview, but when hit with something that is an undeniable truth they completely melt down.
