There is a zero percent chance the Russian government would issue him a visa, but even if he somehow got one, he’d get his ass beat regularly. It’s not like the west where violence is quickly intervened on. Cops don’t give a fuck, and fist fights are a pretty normal part of things. He MIGHT be safer in one of the bigger cities, but he carries himself (and his purse) like a faggot so some street squatters will find him an easy target.
