Wouldn't be surprised with her having NPD. I've worked in sped before, and there's unfortunately tons of kids like her: parents get too scared to discipline their kid because 'they don't know what they're doing, they're sped!', no one ever criticizes or insults them in fear of looking ableist or some shit, the schools let them join and win at anything they want for 'confidence', and then they leave the system thinking their shit don't stink and would rather die on that hill than accept that their whole upbringing was coddled lies.
