I don't think they have an explicit quid pro quo and Nick (F) is so goddamn dumb he could very easily be an unwitting asset. I think he's a demoralization asset as much as a provocateur. He's taking people who could join some effective right wing extremist group, or at least more effective, and siphoning them down a road of incel faggotry, both figurative and literal, perversion, pedophilia, and all kinds of degeneracy that will make it easy to take them down legally if they ever threaten to become effective.
So he's sort of like what Yuri Bezmenov was talking about. He's doing to the right what troons are doing on the left. He's ensuring that potentially effective political actors instead degenerate into homosexual neet groyper subhumans who will never reproduce and discredit anything adjacent enough to seem similar to their ideology.

Damn, it really doesn't take many changes to explain the on-topic Nick's improbably meteoric rise and the course of his gradual decline before the arrest. Use the hook of the whitepill that is a (purportedly) successful Christian trad dad to accumulate a target audience of right-leaning terminally online disaffected millenials interested in learning more about their constitutional rights in the legal system, and having hooked them before they could otherwise have gravitated toward other more disfavored elements of the dissident right, then pull a bait and switch gradually diverting them down the primrose path of shirtless "relationship" streams, balldos, and eventually full-blown hedonism. Et voilà, another garden-variety pied piper operation has successfully neutralized whatever undesirable impact a large portion of his following might have otherwise had politically or culturally.
Seriously (well, half-seriously), in hindsight were there ever any signs that glowies got their hooks into this guy? One of the most common tells would be what line of work his father was in, if there's much known about that.
