That fucking awful Simply Having A Wonderful Christmastime song they torture us with increasing frequency each Christmas season. I've been hearing it for decades, and despite it being the same song, it gets worse each time. Total fucking musical tripe. I'm at the stage I will leave a store rather than stay and listen to it.

I hope whomever wrote it is already dead.

Sucks when it is claimed all who are a fan of or believe something are always a certain bad way. There may be exceptions though, like in the collectivist SJW cult. But by default, it is delusion to assume that any who believe or like a thing are somehow always a way.

Search engines going to crap sucks. People who do not want to view adult stuff or more freakish degenerate stuff should be able to exclude such results easily with internet searches. But nope, internet searches in Current Year have been lobotomized by what "the algorithm" "thinks" you "really meant to look for" and deliberate messing with SEO.

I have an actual free weekend, and this will be my only free weekend this month. Despite my efforts to seem "busy", I still got invited to three Christmas parties.

Look, it isn't that I do not like them. I do and I like hanging out. It's just that this is the one Saturday and Sunday I get to have to myself. I wish they'd let me have it without making me seem like a Scrooge.

I went to the grocery store, everyone is a fucking zombie. Standing in the middle of the aisle when boxes are stacked so you can't go around them, and someone clobbered a wine display with their little motorized cart. Then I go to leave, 3/4 of the way down a one way aisle in the parking lot someone starts to turn into it, the wrong way, instead of immediately backing out they just sit there, on top of the big yellow arrow telling them they're going the wrong way for at least 30 seconds. In hindsight I should have just kept going forward as I did have the law of gross tonnage on my side.

My mom was a huge McCartney fan. She had all the albums, loved Wings ect... So she loved that song and I grew up thinking everyone else did too. Then I get the internet and learned the ugly truth. People fucking loathe this song. Slowly I started to dislike it too. I think it does something to your brain. It hits some hateful center and festers there for the rest of your life. Kind of like a festive version of the Macarena. I still will listen for nostalgia. But now I see why people hate it so much. It got a lot of airplay in the 80s because it was McCartney and even if you didn't like it it was the kind of song that got stuck in your head. It's very catchy even if it's the wrong kind of catchy.

I also learned throughout the years that a lot of people hate Santa Claus Is Coming To Town by Bruce Springsteen. Why I'm not sure. It's a live song from 1975 that's always been a Christmas staple on the radio in Philly. Maybe that's because Springsteen is from Jersey and we're supposed to love him. I don't know. But I was surprised once again as soon as I got the internet to find out people hated it. Thanks internet. I'm all confused about my feelings now. :\

The one I hate the most though is probably That Mariah Carey song that ends up being played 10,000 times a day. Surprisingly I haven't heard it yet. But I'm sure by next week I will have once again heard it enough times to last a lifetime.

All I Want for Christmas Is You has gotten so much hate over the past few years to the point that it's become a meme. I think advertisers have caught on a bit and I think it'll be played less for a few years until enough people agree that they "ironically" miss it as part of the zeitgeist, in which case its airplay will ramp up to the point of being super nauseating again.

I just found out Xitter has a fucking DAILY REPLY LIMIT. I wrote one long (by Xitter standards, which means 4 below their character limit) answer, and now I'm unable to post with a "You've reached your limit for this action today" prompt appearing after every attempt. I literally only tried to reply "sneed".

The sound quality of a lot of TV shows, I don't watch that many myself but I can't understand how people get used to cooking shows or even worse the house hunting shows, there's either no background noise and someone talking shrilly or an overpowering amount of random noises. True crime is another side of it where they talk slowly and monotonously and I lose interest.
