I was thinking, probably incorrectly, about the whole Aaron's email invasion. I could see some coordinating there possible, especially if it gets bumped up to a fed case.
I hadn't considered that but I suppose it would depend how effectively Aaron's been tattling It was very weird that they issued the body warrant in the first place, maybe leaning on him to give a deposition was why they did it?

It just sounds far-fetched to me.

Keanu had a brief window of relevance
I got through the part where she talked about Rekieta's tweets and her falling out with Nick and April. The stream is still going. They're past it.

There was one interesting part. She read this tweet from the Misery Loves Clips thread on the Keanu vs Nick drama.

She looked at the camera and said, pointedly, "BINGO!"

And, later: "I did everything I did for a specific reason" wrt going public about her conversation with April.

Reading between the lines of her being cagey with her words, repeatedly saying "I know more than you all do!" (very annoying), and seething at Nick, she told the story:

When speaking with April, she was increasingly concerned about April's isolation. That's why she called Aaron, who (seemingly) confirmed that the Rekietas are trying to control April's testimony. [I'm not sure why Aaron would know that, but whatever.] Keanu and Aaron reconciled their friendship over that concern. She also implied (again) that Nick is using.

This is hardly revelatory to anyone ITT but it's confirmation, at least.

Wasn’t there a possibility he got investigated for witness intimidation against Aaron? Maybe there was something to that and he’s agreed to give evidence about it.

I wouldn't believe Keanu if she said the sky was blue without checking for myself. Truth always takes a back seat to trying to make herself seem relevant.

Oh but of course. Never trust thots in the thottery business.

But anytime these "side-characters" in Nick's universe come up in the talks, I have to wonder what it's like to be a Nick Rekieta fan from the old days that's still hanging on for dear life, because there has to be at least a couple left. You just want a guy to talk about law stuff, and what do you get instead? You suddenly have to now care about this guy Aaron for some reason because Nick won't shut the fuck up about him. You have to follow this blonde homewrecker's happenings and hearing updates from Nick because you're supposed to now care about her, because you're a fan of Nick, because that somehow makes sense.

And on top of that, you have to keep up with really obscure ones such as "Keanu" and "Geno." All this, when you just wanted Law discussion from Nick.

Hiding this next part behind a spoiler tag so those that don't care don't have to read it.
So I said previously all I had left to do with all the audio, put the misc background "NPCs" in, and put in the KF avatars. Well tonight I am about half way finished with all the audio work. The second half of the film is way less dialogue intensive, so I hope the rest of it goes quicker.

When it comes to dialogue, I'm really trying as hard as I can to keep as much of the spoken voice/dialogue strictly from these people's videos/streams as possible. Given that the whole thing is around 45 minutes, only 8 seconds total of the audio is me recording it myself, then changing the voice in AI, and that's because there's one particular part where I couldn't get clips that sounded exactly how I imagined it, then I'd never be happy with it that way, so I "cheated" and used AI for just those 8 seconds. Otherwise, the entirety of the rest of the dialogue comes straight from videos and streams of these people, whether it's complete phrases, or splicing a bunch of words/phrases together to make what I need. I think for the most part it sounds pretty good, but there are a few parts where it sounds comically bad, like YouTube poop quality, but you know what, it's whatever.

When it comes to the Balldo guardes, LiquidKid's mega list of retards with their bad takes defending Nick (with links) has been a hugely helpful resource for me:

But yes, still working hard on it over here. No ETA, because I always miss those, just like Rackets.

I can't wait to see just what the deal for Ralph is. I wonder if he has already turned. He has no spine!
All I know is that Rekieta's going to regret laughing at the shart heard around the world. Ralph may have a xanny-broken memory of exactly 5 seconds but his snake instinct would last millenia if the gunt could survive so long in the mortal coil.

Nick to Kayla: "Look babe, she knows too much. As soon as this case resolves, she'll be out of here. Then it'll be you and me again, you just have to hang in there. Just be quiet in the meantime until I work everything out."

A plea deal reached before rackets got his in. Can he go back to the Deal and find the deal they gave him time to think about is no longer there after the extension? And has been replaced by a worse one?
Or do they have to keep it at that level unless he rejects it again?
An unaccepted plea is worth nothing more than the paper it's printed on. The prosecutor is not obliged to go ahead with it after offering, they could even (theoretically) offer him a deal, have him accept the next day, then say SIKE and withdraw it (although this would obviously be a bad look).

Until it's ratified by the judge it's just a negotiation tool, and even a fully negotiated plea can be rejected by one in the interest of justice.

Aaron claims that the state has Ralph's twitter DMs with Nick. No idea if he just assumes it or if he spilled what he was told
at 0:38 "they do have his DMS with Nick unfortunately from Twitter so we'll see if that yields anything in any other investigation"
Stearns County served twitter a warrant for all activity on Ralph's account on september 3rd, he posted it when he received his copy. Aaron's probably misremembering or illiterate and thinks it was for all activity in the account's history.

Seriously (well, half-seriously), in hindsight were there ever any signs that glowies got their hooks into this guy? One of the most common tells would be what line of work his father was in, if there's much known about that.
>oil (Petrofac)
>supercomputers (Cray)

Two of the government's favorite things right there. However, my problem with this theory is that Rekieta being a glowie implies that Dax Herrera aka Juju the Cow (a man who likes to gets fucked in the ass while dressed as a cow) is somehow associated with the FBI or some shit. Sure, it would explain Juju's inflated Patreon earning but neither Nick nor Juju have had any of the success or media attention the usual fed plant suspects like Fuentes, Dickie Spencer, etc. have received.

Imagine how much Nick is seething about Marie Valenzuela’s geriatric pregnancy. He was so close to ditching Kayla and his five kids for a life of debauchery with his one true love, but now Dax Herrera is going to be a sperm donor.
That's an excellent point, ralph and nick both are now high and dry if Dax settles down and becomes a dad. It'd be fucking incredible if as nick slides into degeneracy Dax climbs out of it and leaves ralph a bum in Mexico and nick a jailbird

We may now live in a world where Ethan Ralph can navigate Minnesota's judicial system better than Nick Rekieta can.
Don't give him too much credit. He just has more real-world legal experience (civil and criminal both) than Nick does.
She's a gold digger/clout chaser. Ralph would be a downgrade.
Ralph isn't in prison right now. There's still time for Nick to make himself look worse.
